Saturday night arrived with a hot-water heater disaster with lots of water everywhere. I managed to turn of the main water feed to the entire house and then hit Google. Two phone calls on Saturday night @ roughly 9:30pm and I reached Fayette Heating and Air. I received a SUNDAY confirmed service call and that afternoon met Joe Weisenberger. Experienced a complete pro, Joe answered all of my questions. Joe was back Monday early afternoon and in a couple of hours we back up and running. The experience and professionalism represented by Joe deserves another row of stars. Just outstanding. I cannot imagine being more satisfied. Fayette H2O,......many, MANY thanks.

Peter Gaffield was great. Very pleasant. Identified the issue with our backed up basement drain. Gave us options and took care of it on the spot. I really appreciate Peter and Fayette Heating/plumbing. I highly recommend them.

We are pleased with the installation crew for our project. Their teamwork was very good and steps were explained as they worked.

Nolan Tabor was very professional , serviced our system, discovered a potential problem with the compressor drawing to many amps , Nolan suggested a preventative maintenance measure adding a longer life span to a more expensive equipment, therefore allowing the system to be more efficient and less costly in the future. Nolan called for assistance to help get the part needed , it arrived a matter of minutes and installed in very fast and efficient manner.
Note: I happened to oversleep, he was very understanding as to my health issues and hearing disabilities .. Thank you 🙏

John was a very nice and mannerly man. He was very patient in explaining to me the different options of HVAC systems and also the different payment plans. I have been very pleased with him and the whole company including Jesse also in HVAC and Joshua in plumbing. I will be asking for them from now on!

I couldn't have had a better experience with Fayette Heating & Air. Everyone I had contact with were friendly knowledgeable and professional. Brendon came to my home to take measurements and such for my new HVAC system. He answered all my questions and scheduled the installation. Tyler and Mike came and installed the system. They were efficient and you could tell that they knew what they were doing.
This company supports our veterans not just with words, by giving and installing a full HVAC system to area veterans a couple times a year. Thank you for all your generosity and kindness.

Courteous and professional. Installed quickly and cleaned up. Explained how everything worked. Even fixed a solar garden light that was knocked down by the snow shovelers (think they thought they did it LOL).

I had a plumbing problem called H2O Maestro Plumbing they sent a gentleman out he introduced himself as Peter Gaffield. He was extremely knowledgeable, welcoming, went right to work had my stopped up sink running correctly in no time, I must tell his boss Peter needs a raise I would recommend him to ALL my friends if they have a plumbing issue like myself. The installation crew of Ronny & Cameron were very friendly and respectful. Removed old and installed new 2.5T gas furnace/AC system in just 3 hours after arrival. Sales and service has been fantastic.

Matt provided great customer service & gave detailed answers to questions I had. He was also very personable, which is an excellent attribute when working for the public. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. Great job Matt!!!

1st time to use this company, I was informed who will be my technician ahead of time and my technician , Adam Austin, called me before arriving, he called that he can come in earlier than my appt which worked.
What I appreciate was that Adam asked permission before entering our home, and before he started he told us what he is going to do for this visit, he found some repairs needed and he didnt sound pushy about it, and he explained the importance of the repair.
Will definitely would want to work with him in the fiture

Wayne was fantastic, he was patient and communicated everything with us, making sure we understood what the issue was with our air conditioner. He was extremely professional. Very happy with the service!

Doug Hensley went above and beyond on my service call today. This young man is very talented and knowledgeable and the BEST I’ve ever had from Fayette Heating. He needs to be publicly acknowledged at the company and be given a raise! He is truly the best. Thank you Doug.

Jason York replaced the dryer vent duct work in my home. Highly recommend! Great communication and kept me informed throughout the process. Quote was fair and work was performed efficiently and done right. Overall very happy.

Excellent service, show me everything that was wrong with my outside unit and did a wonderful job and his apprentice, getting me my new unit. I'm so impressed, you are the best and I will definitely tell everyone. Every position that came through here from the first guy to the last one was nothing but excellent. Thank you guys so much and you're the only place I'll go for all my needs for he air and plumbing or anything else you all do that your services do.

I called and they came out in less than two hours. Mercedes was just wonderful. I asked if I could request her in the future and she said she would make sure the request got to my file. I look forward to her being able to take care of us in the future. She made a number of recommendations and forwarded me pictures regarding her recommendations. She was amazing.

Our unit was covered with ice My husband contacted Fayette Heating & Air and they arrived that evening. They discovered the defrost panel was bad and a couple other issues. Both Tyler and Adam were extremely professional, and ultimately got the unit back to how it should be. Highly recommend these folks.
