Monty an JT was the two most understanding and patient service men I have ever dealt with. My mom’s home had flooded and all of her floors had to be ripped up an dried a several other things. She was going through a major illness and couldn’t handle any stress and asked me to handle it an I did . An thank goodness that I had the two best employees from this company I can’t even begin to explain what a great job they had done. I will refer them to anybody needing this services. A Joe was amazing also he helped us deal with the insurance company as well as other things. So a big thank you from my mother and I.

I had other quotes from Stanley Steamer and ZeroRez and they were both $700-900 to do what Paramount just did for 70% CHEAPER! Thanks to JT, DeAndre and the rest of the crew at Paramount Restoration a truly disgusting nightmare was handled with incredible professionalism, knowledge and kindness that I am forever grateful. My basement/ teenage son’s bedroom flooded with sewage destroying everything in its path. I was so overwhelmed and unsure where or how to begin fixing the massive mess. I found Paramount Restoration by reading reviews online and recalled seeing their work vehicles in my area. So I took a chance calling late in the evening and much to my surprise I was greeted by JT Morgan not just an after hours answering service. He went above and beyond and that same night he and DeAndre were at my home reassuring me that there was a solution to this “sh***y” situation. DeAndre lead the restoration keeping me included in every decision and providing education about the process every step of the way. He was beyond respectful and worked tirelessly leaving it looking and smelling much better but most importantly making it safe and bacteria free. JT kept me updated on scheduling, payment process and answering all my business related questions. DeAndre and JT are a dream team and I am eternally grateful to them and Paramount Restoration. Of course I hope to never have need their services again but if I do I know I can rely on them and Paramount Restoration. THANK YOU!!

I called Paramount Restoration with what I thought this company would consider a small job - cleaning my dryer vent. They didn't treat it like that and scheduled me promptly. Kaden and Jantje came to do the work and did an excellent job. They were very polite and professional. Kaden recommended a higher level of service than the basic cleaning because of the amount of the blockage. I was skeptical at first, but he was correct, and the result was significantly better than expected. I didn't tell him that the vent had been cleaned two years ago, but clearly the job was not done as well that time. The difference was amazing. Highly recommend Paramount Restoration for this service.

I had Paramount Restoration come and clean my vents and dryer vent in a very small one bedroom apartment. Jantje Wingo and Brandon Blackburn were very communicative of their timing of when they’d be here. they came in and got the job done quickly and perfectly! My dryer is in a very small closet but they managed to get everything cleaned despite the small spaces!

From beginning to the end, Paramount did a fantastic job. From scheduling, calling to verify arrival time, to the person calling prior to arriving and the cleaning/clean up. It was a great experience, one I've never had before. William did a fantastic job on my carpets, I was very impressed with his knowledge of the chemicals he was using and his procedure. I will recommend Paramount to all family and friends.

The two young men, who did the cleaning, were diligent in their efforts to clean the ten year old carpeting and a couch that had been recycled from a friend! Both came out looking much better than their original condition! Brandon and Jantje were personable and obviously dedicated to doing the best job they could do! I would call them again for further cleaning and do recommend them and this company!

Brandon and Michael just finished a very thorough cleaning of my dryer vent! Super tidy and efficient work. They gave a good explanation of what they were doing and worked quickly! We had an emergency situation last weekend with water entering our house. I called Paramount and was so relieved to hear Brandon Morgan answer on a Sunday morning. He came out quickly and resolved our situation. He’s a very knowledgeable, hard worker and I will continue to hire him for all future water and mold related issues. Paramount is really one stop shopping for so many household needs and their employees are top notch.

I will never use anybody but Paramount for my carpet/upholstery and rug cleaning! I'm a repeat customer, I've been using them for a few years now. They are so nice and professional, have very good prices, and do a phenomenal job. I also have to brag on our carpet cleaner today, William, he was extra friendly, super personable and went out of his way to make sure we were happy and taken care of. I moved into a house with a mold problem. Paramount was wonderful to work with - they are a very honest, friendly, and knowledgeable team. Their inspection was thorough, and I never felt pressured into any decisions. They gave me several options as far as remediation, and were happy to rent me the tools I needed to do some of the work myself. Throughout the process they were always very quick to answer and return calls.

In addition to renting drying equipment, I opted to have Paramount do a HVAC system cleaning. Kaden and Jantje did a great job, were thorough, polite, friendly, and professional.
