Horrible.. People are smart mouths..You couldn't pay me enough to work for people like this

This company installed all of the electric work in our new house because that is who the builder used. Just a few years after the house was built one of the breakers went bad. Since they did the original work we called them to fix it. Not only did they make us wait 5 days but they charged $150 for the guy to spend less than 5 minutes changing out the breaker. Circuit breakers should have a life of 30-40 years according to my research yet they say they only provide a 1 year warranty. This is horrible customer service and I suggest you find a different electrician!

My home is only 8 years old and all the original electrical work was done by IES. I recently had to call a different electrician (after reading other IES reviews). I found out that IES SHOULD have placed GFCI outlets in the bathroom, laundry room, and kitchen sink. I have none. My circuit breaker for the dishwasher/garbage disposal failed (after only 8 years). The dishwasher and garbage disposal SHOULD have had separate breakers, but IES chose not to do the right thing. I am also notifying the builder to prevent future lazy workmanship.
