The furnace went out and they were here to troubleshoot it within an hour. They had the entire unit replaced in 24 hours despite the icy road conditions. Top notch, professional service.

Reliable Heating and Air lives up to its name. Within 2 hours of calling they were at our house, and the next day our new furnace was installed. All the snow and ice didn’t affect their service one bit. Pricing was very fair. Definitely recommend!

I can not say enough good about this company! Of course my air stops working when it becomes hot and muggy outside. I made a phone call and Reliable came right out! My air was running and cooling our home back down within an hour! I am so grateful for this company!

Zach and the guys were very easy to work with and quick to solve my issues while Lori helped keep me informed!

The name should read UN-reliable. 2 scheduled appointment at 2 different house.. both appointments missed without even a call. The first house we did reschedule and the work when done was done well. The other is a rental.. they did call the tenant in which he couldn't immediately answer. He did call them right back several times and each call went to voicemail.
They came recommended by someone I trust but I will not be calling them again for my house or rentals.

We have been waiting over two weeks for call backs. Updates etc. We have went without heat and air. We have called and all we hear is I’ll get back to you and there are no call backs. We have to call them every time. If our unit gets fixed we will not be using them again. Very unorganized business. Cant reach tech's and when you reach office they have no idea and say they’ll get back to you and do not. Very unsatisfactory! So now 2 plus weeks with no air or heat….. just tried calling er afterhours. I was hung up on.
