We had an excellent experience with HOWE Heating & Cooling here in Florence. The service tech, Colby performed a tune-up on our furnace. He was on time and professional. Took the time to explain everything he was doing and made sure our furnace was running efficiently before he left. Will recommend to our family and friends!

We have had great service with Howe Heating and Cooling. When our system needed to be replaced they were the obvious choice for us. They are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, addressing even the smallest of details.

Service was great from the beginning, they were able to get someone out within an hour of calling. The service itself was friendly, quick and efficient and they were realistic about the needs of our unit!

Called Friday morning after AC quit Thursday evening of an 85 degree day. They fit us into Friday's service day. The young technician who came was professional and informative on what was malfunctioning in the unit,, gave me exact cost for part and return call. The part was secured Monday .owning and installed before noon.

Called to have furnace repaired at 8am. Technician was there at 12:30, pump motor was replaced and furnace was functional by approximately 4pm.

Jared was an excellent professional technician. He explained everything that he was doing worked hard to get the part on that day. Got it. The next day and came out and replaced it and was on his way. Simple, quick and professional.

Jarrod was a great technician! Personable and knew his trade. Prompt (same day I called!), courteous, and fixed the problem for a reasonable price. Will definitely call again. Great job!

The response time I got from Howe was extremely fast. The service was excellent, and they repaired my AC unit quickly. The prices were really good as well. I would highly recommend them.

Got an appointment the same day I called. Given an appointment time and service technician was right on time. Evaluated the situation called and explained to me and completed the service exactly as he spoke. Very polite and knowledgeable about his job. It was situation where it had to be fixed so as to price it is what it is.

The guys really worked to find the problem (wiring issue) rather than just replacing part after part after part. Amanda in the office was just wonderful to work with. It's just a great team.

I talked to Amanda on the phone and couldn't have asked for a nicer person to talk to. I asked her several questions about the company and she gave honest answers. Greg was the tech that came to my house and I explained what the air conditioner was doing and he went straight to work to evaluate what was wrong with it. He checked the unit out and explained what he was doing every step of the way and put in some freon and checked for leaks. He wasn't able to find the leak, but the unit is up and running. It is an old system and my goal was to it going for another year or two. He was very professional and very nice. He was easy to talk to and he listened to my concerns. I would certainly recommend this company.

Kyle was my technician. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and honest. He explained everything in simple terms, and rectified our cooling problems in minutes. If you have any cooling or heating issues, Howe's is the place.
