Steve's heating and cooling installed the HVAC and furnace in our new construction home, so I never met the workers, or talked to an employee, that was all on the builder's end. But I can say that the work that they did is excellent. I was very impressed with all of the heating/cooling ducts and how tight everything looked. We've been in the house about 3 months now and haven't had an issue.

We have used Steve’s Heating and Cooling for over 13 years and have been very pleased with them. They are professional, priced reasonably and have always been on time for scheduled appointments.

They have always been fair and have never tried to over sell when a repair or replacement was needed.

I recommend them without hesitation.

The technicians at Steve’s H&C are always on time, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I can always count on them to PM or fix my unit quickly and efficiently. Sherry in the front office is friendly and helpful as well. They installed my AC/Heater when I built my house in 1994 and I’m still a customer to this day. Wouldn’t use anyone else.

Jeff always does a great job with our HVAC and AC system.

Steve’s heating and cooling has been amazing! They installed my system when my house was built and have maintained and serviced my HVAC system. Communication has been amazing and has helped to go a long way to understanding the problems I have encountered so far. Additionally everything has been resolved in a quick and professional manner.

I called Steve's when my AC stopped working. Technician Jeff came out on short notice and confirmed the system had died. Freon had leaked out and that type of freon was no longer available. System was about 25 years old so I was expecting it to die soon.
Next day Brent came out, again on short notice. We discussed options for replacing my system. No pressure to 'up sell' or make a purchase. Both Jeff and Brent respected my time, answered any questions I had and did not try to pressure me into a sale. Just gave information and allowed me to make my own decisions.

Steve's did a great job installing a new HVAC system to replace my old one that died. They were very accommodating to my requests and helped me get the best system for my house. They did a great job with the installation, everything wad very clean and professional. I received multiple quotes from multiple companies and their quote was very competitive and a great value for the quality of materials and installation I received.

Jeff and Sherri worked really hard to fit us in an emergency situation with our ac unit. They are lifesavers! Much appreciated!

I have been using Steve's Heating & Cooling for many years now. Their service tech Jeff is outstanding. He is always on time, gets the job done and is very neat and clean. He is very good about explaining things to the customer. Excellent work Jeff!

We contacted Steve's to come and look at an A/C unit that was not functioning. They were very busy but were able to work us in within two days as our A/C was out and the forecast was to be very hot. The technician arrived and diagnosed the problem and it was repaired the next morning. I am thankful they were able to resolve the issue quickly. They were also some of the most friendly team members I have ever spoken to. Great job!

Showed up right on time for maintenance, was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable, but most importantly didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need— there is a lot of greed in this business.

Our 20 year old air conditioner decided that it was going to stop working on the hottest day of the year which also happened to be a late Friday afternoon.

I called Steve’s as I had used their services in the past and was very happy with the work they did.

Steve’s was able to get a brand new air conditioner and new furnace completely installed by Tuesday.

They followed through quickly on everything we had discussed. Installation was very smooth and there were no surprises.

We upgraded to a better system which cost a little more, but the house has never been cooler. Even the upstairs temperature stays constant to what the thermostat is set on. My electric bill has also been lowered because of the high efficiency system we purchased.
