We were without AC/heat for several days before calling Perdue. They came out the next day and fixed our issues for thousands cheaper than other places- that same day! Super great guys and speedy, affordable service! Would definitely recommend!

Right before our last snowstorm, our house was unusually dry and I was getting bloody noses. The morning the roads were the worst, our heating unit quit working.
I called Danny at Perdue and he said there were a couple of emergency situations with senior citizens they needed to take care of first, but that he would get a technician out to help me.
Zach got here around noon and discovered our thermostat was broken. He also found a part that had leaked all the refrigerant out of the system. He explained that our emergency heat had kicked in and that’s why it was so dry. They looked up the serial number of our unit and found that it has a warranty. They were able to order the part and saved us money there.
Zach is professional and knowledgeable. I feel confident that anyone having issues with their central heat and air unit will get excellent service from Purdue. I really like it that they make the senior citizens in our community a priority too!

Never use their heating and cooling services so I cannot speak to that. But whoever drives this van should be fired. Passing on double yellow line in curves at high rates of speed on highway 100 Going to scottsville is absolutely ridiculous

I would never use this company. They have come out to my rental several times. My heat went out before Christmas, and we got one excuse after another as to why they couldn't bring us our new unit. They put in a new unit and sat it on the power cord in mid-January. Several weeks in WINTER with KIDS in the home. They have been told several times to move the unit off the cord, and it's now mid-March, and it has still never been fixed. They put in the unit but left the hood off for several weeks, leaving the house exposed for rodents and small animals to enter. Water flooded under my home, and they left all the wet, filled with water and mold insulation on the lines. They said it's good to turn on to breathe in MOLD! They also took turns urinating in the yard and had a 45 minute VIDEO (OF MY HOUSE) call with their girlfriend while relaxing on my back porch and was talking about their last night bedroom affairs and bathroom habits. I have seen all of it on my cameras, which any person who isn't high or dumb can see. Speaking of which, I've had several workers come to my house smelling strongly of marijuana with glassed over eyes, including the owner. They tore the side entrance to our crawl space off and left it open. They never laid the moisture barrier. They didn't seal the ductwork or the unit hood. I would highly advise against using this company. They are very unprofessional and don't do the job well at all.
