Unbelievable customer service. They installed my AC years ago and are still willing to come out an hour after I called them on a Sunday during a heat wave to repair it after a power surge. Everyone I’ve met who works here is kind, fast, and extremely knowledgeable. I can’t recommend them enough.

I called during the heat wave because It was getting so hot in my house. The person who responded told me they were prioritizing calls by who had AC and who was completely out and we couldn't be help because still had AC even though it was not cooling properly. A little later I called and said my AC was completely out and she told me she was would send someone out. I appreciate their efforts to help people in need first. I had called another place and the told be they couldn't be out for several weeks and didn't seem to care that people were losing their AC in 95 degree heat. I really appreciating them caring about the people in the community.

During a spell of dangerously frigid temperatures, my heater decided to stop working, and I was in a bit of a panic. They quickly diagnosed the issue and got to work on the repair, all while explaining the process to me in a way that was easy to understand. It was clear that they genuinely cared about getting my furnace up and running again.

What really stood out to me was their commitment to customer satisfaction. Not only did they fix my heater promptly, but they also followed up with me not once, but twice, to ensure everything was still working smoothly. This level of customer service is truly rare and greatly appreciated!

Excellent service excellent employees and when you call for service, they’re very helpful and willing to fix your problem. They were there when they said they would be there and fix the problem in a very short time with my heating

They have been my go to for HVAC,for 20 plus years.Above and beyond service. Julie ,Brenda and staff always on time always polite.Highly recommended!

They went out of their way, even went to lexington to get the part I needed after hours to get my furnace back up. I really appreciate their efforts and level of care!

Had furnace breakdown. Called Jett and they sent a technician named James. Awesome guy and tech. Had me warm in no time. Thanks Juett.

They were extremely busy and didn't know if they could work me in their schedule.

The lady that answers the phone acts like you’re inconveniencing them when you call.

No matter what ETA they give you, they will be there 30-45 minutes early and fully expect you to drop what you’re doing and get there.

Outside of those 2 things, the technicians are polite and professional and the quality of their work is great.

Repair tech said he wasn't familiar with Trane's, he pushed button to turn on unit and it came on. Button had tape, so instead of fixing, he put more tape, it went back out a few hours later:/ Waiting to see if they make right and not double charge me another service call!!!

Charged for labor to complete a task that was only required due to the original install of the unit by the company years prior. Company was unwilling to discuss, difficult to push back when the unit is not heating as intended because of the issue.
