All reviews for KY Plumber

Truly amazing service. Inexpensive, quick, but very reliable! Jordan was absolutely kind and amazing in his work

Gary is an excellent plumber but most importantly he has tremendous integrity. He stands behind his work and will not quit until the job is done to the highest standard.

I have used this company for commercial work for several years. Gary has always done top notch work not in our residential setting and commercial building setting. Great company and highly recommend!

Good service. The job took a lot less time then originally quoted which was great. He was able to repair our leak for a fraction of the cost I was quoted from a couple other places.

I could not have asked for a better experience. Gary and Jordan explained the situation to me, ways to prevent future issues, and very fair pricing. I hope I never have to call a plumber but if I do it will be them. Five stars

Was very pleased with Jordan’s work, he is knowledgeable, on time, and professional. He does the job right!! Will definitely call this company again if the need arises.

Jordan and Chris were on time. They worked quickly and efficiently to install a kitchen sink faucet. Their fee was very reasonable. I highly recommend this business for plumbing services.

Great customer service. Affordable and offers 1 year warranty on work. Will continue using KY plumber for all of our plumbing needs.

Jordan was amazing, professional, and very patient with my overly friendly dog. Fixed our issue without hesitation. Great family owned business. Will support small local business like this every time.Thank you Jordan!!!

Jordan and his partner, I did not catch his name, but they did an amazing job! Very kind, friendly, explained thoroughly and did the job well! No complaints about them, they went above and beyond.

Amazing service!!! Even though he was booked he still made time to come out within an hour and a half of me calling him. He fixed the issue and then the next day I was having another issue and rather than come back out and charge me another service call, he was able to help me trouble shoot it over the phone. I will absolutely be using them anytime I have issues in the future, highly recommend!!!

We called them in an emergency and they worked us in that same day. Since it was an emergency they could have charged us an arm and a leg, but they gave us a very fair deal. We have been pleased with the service we received today, and will be keeping their name for any future plumbing work we need done.

Chris from KY Plumber and a helper were very professional and exceptional workers. They were helpful and informative and solved the issue within a very reasonable amount of time. I highly recommend them.

Had to find a new plumber since recently moving to Kentucky. This is the nicest and most professional plumber and office staff ever. I had him out for one toilet, and he checked all three and replaced parts that were about to go out, since we were already paying for the service call. (Last plumber I used charged a full service fee for each item he repaired.) This is definitely my new Kentucky plumber!!

Called on a Friday @4:30 pm with a major water leak near the water meter. Gary was here within a half an hour and got right to work to do the repairs. Did the repair and charged us a very reasonable amount for the work.
I highly recommend KyPlumber and they will be our go to plumber for life.

I will always call KY Plumber for anything related to my water/pipes. They are extremely friendly and considerate of my schedule. I have had to call on two occasions, and both times they gave me great suggestions, and made sure I was "educated" prior to leaving...In other words, Gary would share additional info with tips on how to handle certain things to help prevent or look out for situations. Great group to have when needed!

Jordan was the fellow who repaired a kitchen faucet & toilet. He arrived on time, got right to work, & was finished in a couple of hours. Very polite, professional, & knowledgeable. Would definitely use KY Plumber again & again. Thank you so much!

Absolutely wonderful group of gentlemen here! Gary and his team replaced a built in tub and surround for us. They came up with a great plan of attack, and far exceeded our expectations. Very polite hard working group. Were there when they said, and even took care of procuring all the materials. Couldn't be happier with KY Plumber!

Gary's team did a fantastic job installing my new 85 gallon water heater and correcting a bad sump pump installation and drain. This company is honest, does quality work, and will make sure you are satisfied with the job. Thanks guys!!

Very friendly an knowledgeable. Our sink was backed up and Gary was able to come out quickly and got it draining again (even though it was the weekend). I have him in my contacts and will definitely call again when I need a plumber.

I recently had a leaky facet that exceeded my expertise level. I did a search for a plumber, and although KY Plumber only had a small number of reviews, all were positive.

I can tell why all were positive! I had a great experience with KY Plumber. Their rates were very reasonable and they didn't gouge me on the little things. As he fixed my problem, he took the time to explain what he was repairing and why he was repairing it.

I highly recommend KY Plumber.
