Very fast and professional. I called at 8:00 Monday morning and they were at my house by10:00. They had my part in stock and arrived early to fix my air the next day.

Flood Damage !!! The water got up into the heat pump clamshell and into all the ducts under the house. One day later FEMA authorized me to place service call. Big Sandy H&C has been to my house several times over the years. They came out next day. The tech looked at everything and suggested a second inspection by their supervisor and he came out next day and knew exactly what was destroyed, and what to say and do to get the ball rolling.

I could not be more pleased with the attention I received from Big Sandy. Jerry advised me on all the options available along with price options. They helped me understand the equipment and installation. I was provided a contract and all business was held in a professional way. Once deciding on what met my needs the equipment came within a day and the installation was the next day.
As for the installation, the installers were knowledgeable of the equipment, answered my questions and worked nonstop until completed, leaving no mess. It was as if they were never here. were respectful to me and my home. If an unexpected complication arose they addressed it before moving forward. They went beyond my expectations. Joe and Derek were amazing as is everyone from office staff to installers to owners. Everyone was hands on! Thank you!

called several companies to replace my heating and cooling unit. was unsuccessful until I came across an ad on Facebook for big Sandy heating and cooling. I called them, and within two days later, they was at my home. Only took A day and a half to install my heating and cooling unit. That was only because we were converting over to a gas furnace. I highly recommend them to anybody. They definitely deserve five stars!

Called them to have my HVAC and furnace replaced, they were awesome!! Within just a few days they came out and had both units replaced!! All the guys were professional and committed to making sure everything was in perfect condition and running before they would leave! I highly recommend Big Sandy Heating and Cooling for anyone needing service!!

No longer open on Saturday's!!! Doesn't help when that's the only day we have off to get our hvac worked on!!!!!

they give estimate then do the work. you will always find what they did is a lot less what you were charged for. rip off

BUYER. BEWARE!!!
Bought a NEW Central Heat and Air unit in July 5 2018! Paid $5500 … Less than 18 months one of their service guys damage my unit or it defected piece breaks after their servicing … Cost me $700 to come back out to replace compressor and wireing harness… Then less than year later another guy has to come out and recharge unit cause guy that replaced compressor leaves valve loose so it leaked a lot of the Freon out … Crooks!!
I’ll never buy from them again just been a headache… DONT HAVE A SERVICE GUY OUT EACH YEAR TO CHECK YOUR UNIIT BECAUSE THEY WILL DAMAGE IT AND YOU WILL PAY TO FIX IT… Why have them come look at it to test it each year if nothing is wrong with unit?? Just change your AIR FILTER each 6months or every year what ever is recommended by manufacturer

Call them for a quote and they were very expensive, he had heard where I was taking advantage of by the builders, they stole over $80,000 from me. Guess he thought he could take myoney as well, had another estimate done and it was for $1000's less then "Sandy". When the guy showed up to put in the mini splits, he was over half way threw finishing when "Sandy" showed up at my property and saying he has the permits to do my house, not the new guy, and had the inspector run him off. I would never use this company, they only try to take advantage of people that are down on there luck. Now "Sandy" has cost me more money having to wait on a permit that I do not need but am getting just to keep them away

I’d recommend going anywhere but here. They treated me and my girlfriend both like garbage when we talked to them on the phone. The worker got there and we had ac but when he left it wouldn’t work at all. We called to see if he’d come back to take a look at it and we were both talked to like we were idiots. Seriously the worst experience I’ve ever had with any business in my life.

Had them come out check my testing the motor went out in mine. Big sandy thinks people rich.
$1500. For motor. $850. down $300 something for each month till its paid. I been without heat and a/c for over a year if not longer. Im in mid 70's and on low income. I found the motor dont cost that much and even with installation just a rip off in my opinion.
