Realized around noon on a Friday this past July my ac was out. CC was my first call bc they've proven in the past many times now they're the only ones I need to call. My ac was fixed so fast!

Matt is always thorough, detailed and explains his rationale for certain fixes. I trust him. We have previously called the office over a billing error and it was fixed promptly. I highly recommend.

Yesterday 01-06-2020 my furnace went out. I am a renter so I called my landlord, he calls Completer Comfort Heating and Cooling. They were here within the hour and Matt worked until he got my heat back on and my house warm again. I'm so grateful for the kindness, and how quickly they were able to get here. I recommend Complete Comfort Heating & Cooling to anyone with a furnace or AC problem. Thanks again.

What a way to start off the new year! Came home today to no heat in my house, they treated me so kind they were so nice and got me all taken care of! My husband has been in the hospital and my children were due to come home, so I have just been in a daze the last few days! I was panicked and they sure set my mind at ease! I very much recommend this company to everyone, and if I ever need something done in the future I will be calling them!

Keith came out and heard our plea for help. We had just purchased the home and were given bad advice. He looked at the photos we provided and had a crew of 6 young men come by and check it out. It was a large job and he gave us a break. Every one was super helpful and nice! I cannot say enough about this company! Our home is warm and comfortable because these people cared how we were left! I may live in Hartford or Owensboro in the near future but for my needs, I will call these professionals once again! Thank you to Complete Comfort Heating and Air!

We've just hired them to install an ac unit for us. Once they have it in stock and come and install it, in sure it will go up to 5 stars.

Called to make an appointment. They said it would be "Monday or Tuesday". No call, no show. Get someone else. These people aren't professional.
