Called Bobby Young's heating & cooling on a Saturday morning said he would be out that afternoon. Showed up and promptly fixed the problem. Explained what had happened and what to do to prevent it from happening again. Was very impressed.

Absolutely Great service i called late in the day on short Notice he came riggt out diagnosed the problem thoroughly and fixed it, And thank god for him, because it was 80 degrees in my house and I was sweating up a storm with a heart condition. We had a capacitor go out on our system in the middle of summer. Bobby came over and replaced it very quickly. About 5-6 months later, the furnace wouldn’t start during an extremely cold snap at the beginning of winter. Bobby brought his apprentice over and showed both of us the cause, the simple solution, and the reasoning behind the process.
Very fairly priced and very fast response.

I called him and he came same night and ordered the part he needed. Once he got the part he went and put it on. The other company I had look at the heater said the whole system needs replaced. He is honest and not trying to rip anyone off. And really good price
