Air support was on time. The workers were very professional, they knew exactly what to do and at the end of the day we had glorious air conditioning and a new furnace to appreciate this winter. I would highly recommend Air Support to everyone.

Got us going again. Dalton was very professional and courteous. I really feel like he went that extra mile for us. I would 100% recommend them and use there services in the future if needed.

I had a great experience with Air Support! They did a great job on the furnace installation and were very professional and easy to work with. They were even able to fix an existing dryer vent issue I had the same day as the furnace install.

Brian L. was great! Very communicative and thorough. He checked and tested all of our heating/air components and explained all updates and features added by previous owners. Very patient with our dog and my questions. Great tune up service, we will call Air Support for any future needs!

Dalton and Zach do an awesome job.
Talk to Zach earlier in the year and he come out quickly and repaired my air-conditioning system without any monkey business, because of them taking good care of me. I had Dalton come out and check our humidifier. It was not working properly and there was an issue,
we ended up having them to install a brand new Humidifier with steam although it was quite expensive ,
I felt very comfortable letting them install it for me and Dalton did a fantastic job !!
I would recommend their company to anyone, guys keep up the good work. I’ve been dealing with different contractors for over 40 years and have to say you guys at this point or doing a great job up and beyond most air-conditioning companies out there. Thanks Michael

Absolute professionalism. Zach did the initial inspection and provided a lot of helpful information when troubleshooting the issues with my old system. I decided to replace due to recurring problems and life span of the old unit. Mike and the Air Support team were very efficient when removing and installing a new unit. They answered all of my questions and made me feel at ease with the new system.

Dalton, Kyle, and Zack did a great job installing Central Heat and Air. They kept us informed every step of the process and did the job exactly how it should be the first time.
Once complete, Dalton briefly gave us a tour of the new system, explained key points to maintain it and answered all questions.

I was having a really stuffy nose every time I woke up. I knew needed a humidifier. Zach and Dalton came out and showed me my options without pushing me towards one like other companies had tried to. I ended up going with a steam humidifier. The guys worked hard to install it. They showed me how to use it, gave me advice on my indoor air quality, and showed me what proper system maintenance looks like. These guys are great.

Received excellent service, the gentleman was kind and explained everything to me well & in order of importance which was appreciated!

Very professional, timely & courteous. They repaired my hvac system (recently installed by another company). They corrected the other company's mistakes & ensured it was to my satisfaction. I highly recommend these guys. Definitely a future customer for life.

Dalton came within an hour of calling. He was very thorough in his investigation to identify what the underlying issue was. Offering up two different solutions. Both solutions came in well under another company who was out before him.

I like the gentleman that came out to fix my water. Heater, he explained to me everything that he was gonna do the fix it. And then he showed me when he fixed it, and that what was the problem? And I understood.

Awesome customer service. Exteremly knowledgeable, and helpful. Showed up on time, and the final price was the same as the quote, no hidden charges.
Not only did they replace my unit, they went above and beyond in making it right. the previous unit had various issues, and they made sure the new one was done correctly, in code, and in budget. If I EVER need anything HVAC related, this will be my first call. If you have any HVAC issues, do yourself a favor and give these guys a call first. You won't regret it.
For reference, I've attached a before and after picture of their work. I won't get into all the things that were wrong initially and they fixed all that as well.

Dryer vent, clean out. It was horrible by the time he got done I had never seen so much lint in my life. He did a wonderful job. Dalton was very nice and he knew what he was doing. Thank you Dalton for a great job done. He’s also cute.

I would recommend Air Support for all of your HVAC needs. I had to replace an old heat pump with a new one. The installation team arrived on time. They were exceptionally careful when removing the old system and installing the new one. They used drop cloths and wore shoe covers. My house was exactly like it was when they left as it had been when they arrived. All three technicians were friendly and professional. I am very happy with the unit and all the hard work Air Support did to replace my old unit and at a very reasonable price!

I received a prompt response when my air went out. I was informed & updated throughout the process. The technician came the next day. He was polite, respectful & efficient. He repaired my air conditioning unit quickly, offered to change my air filter & asked if I needed him to do anything else. I am very satisfied & would highly recommend them.

They squeezed us in same day for an emergency with our new home's AC and got to us within the hour. Dalton was concise in explaining the issues we had and helped us find the filters online we needed. The whole process was very affordable (I didn't think I could ever say that about AC repairs). I chose this place for the good reviews, I'm glad I chose well :)

Zach was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. He did work on a 20 year old outdoor unit and had it "good as new" by the time he left!

After being at work on a day that got up to 90 degrees, I was surprised when I came home to a hot house that night, and was miserable. That next morning, I was lucky enough to have a heating/AC unit service plan, and called them to request someone to come out and look at my AC. A couple of hours later, someone from Air Support Heating & AC Repair, called me back and told me they would be out the next day, but would come out THAT day if they could fit me into their schedule. Dalton came out the next day, and immediately went outside to check my unit. After being out there for about a half hour, he came back in, and explained what the issue was, and said that I was good to go.

Not only that, but my brother had called, and asked if Dalton didn't mind, he wanted to ask him a few questions about my system. Not only did Dalton not mind, but he was very patient, and informative as he talked about my setup in general, and provided insight and recommendations about the thoughts my brother had about improving my system. And not ONCE did Dalton attempt to "upsell", or steer us toward unecessary future work! He was a true professional!

My brother always says "A good, honest auto mechanic is worth his weight in gold." Well, based on my experience with Air Support Heating & AC, and Dalton, I would say the same is true about a good, honest HVAC professional! I believe I've found my "forever" HVAC company, and that company is Air Support Heating & AC Repair!
