Incredible service! They did a great job explaining all of the issues / concerns and were prompt in fixing them. I would highly recommend their service and plan on using them for maintenance.

Paul was great , he answered the phone first time I called he was very polite and pleasant over the phone. He gave me an estimated time of arrival and even got here earlier. He was very nice professional. I felt very safe with him being in my house very trustworthy. He did a great job and kept me updated throughout the process., I even had some issues with some other contractors, and he gave me some great recommendations and the people he recommended were fantastic they came out did a great quick professional job. I just can not say enough good things about Paul and Graceland themselves they will definitely be my go to people!!

Graceland Heating and Air replaced my condensate pump and did a great job. Scheduling was quick, pricing for the work was fair, and the technician (Paul) was professional and efficient. Everything went smoothly.

One thing to note — there was a $100 service call fee that wasn’t mentioned upfront and was not waived after repair was approved. It didn’t change my opinion of the good work they did, but it’s something to ask about when scheduling. I’ll definitely be using Graceland again for my future HVAC needs!

Quick response time and very thorough in looking into what was wrong. Turned out not to be an HVAC issue but Ivan still figured out what was wrong and told us who we needed to call to get it fixed.

First time using this company was pleasantly surprised they had good ratings and I can see why after them coming out to our home very personable very respectful they was clear and explained our options and did everything they could to help. We got fast service and got our blower replaced the next day! We was so thankful bc it was the hottest week of the summer so far. We will definitely work with them in the future. I highly recommend really good at making contact and letting you know when they will be here, letting u know your appointment and letting you know the tech is on their way very happy with their service

had a recurring kitchen sink drain problem due to the way it was set up. they installed a new line from sink to collector pipe. good work, fast and neat.
very knowledgeable tech. even tested it and cleaned up nicely.
