Jake with Freedom Air was wonderful to work with when replacing our unit. They were punctual, informative and had the best prices around! Will definitely use them again and highly recommend to friends and family.

I called Jake on a Saturday morning with a geothermal issue, he came that afternoon, diagnosed the issue and had a temporary solution in place, so I wouldn't freeze. By the following Friday, he had the part needed for the final fix, efficiently installed it, and left my furnace room cleaner than he found it.
Prompt service, clear communication and high level of professionalism.

I've had other technicians look at my unit to determine why it was leaking water but none were as thorough as Jake with Freedom Air. He is the only one who checked the refrigerant levels and traced the problem back to a thermal expansion valve. I highly recommend these guys, they truly went above and beyond to resolve my issue. They showed up on time, communicated with me every step of the way, and cleaned up thoroughly. He also registers the warranty so the unit is covered for 10 years instead of 5, and he guarantees this in his quote. I'll always call Jake with Freedom Air first!

Jake and his team did a great job with the installation of our unit! Our system kicked the bucket a few weeks ago (luckily when it was only in the 60’s) and we were approaching some very warm weather. Freedom Air was able to come out to assess and had our new unit installed before we hit those sunny and 75 days. They were prompt, professional, and efficient. The HVAC and thermostat they installed is GREAT and SOOO much quieter than the one we had before. 10 out of 10 recommend!

As I sit in my cozy home I thought what better time than to write this overdue review.
We cannot say enough great things about Freedom Air . Jake , and his employees did such an amazing job redoing our entire HVAC system!
Jake was very honest, profesional, knowledgeable , and hard working . Our last home had mold and we have had to start all over. We were extremely concerned about that in our new home. Jake didn’t dismiss our fears, and at the same time didn’t claim to be a specialist in that area - BUT he did find some really great devices to help mitigate that happening to us again.
We also really appreciate the different quote options he provided to see where we felt comfortable budget wise. We went with the highest and are so glad we did!! Our home is comfortable , we don’t wake up feeling sick everyday , we can feel the effort that went into this job and not be riddled with anxiety over the air quality of our home. We would 1000% recommend freedom air to anyone needing HVAC work.

Very positive experience with Freedom Air (Jake) in the installation of the HVAC system which I was in need of. Jake was very thorough in identifying my needs and quoted prices accordingly. Can't praise Jake and his services enough. I highly recommend Freemon Air for any/all your needs regarding heating/air conditioning. (Make sure you are working with Jake.)

Freedom Air came at the recommendation of our Contractor that is doing our remodel. I highly recommend Jake for any of your HVAC needs. I think you will find that he has integrity which is hard to find in his industry! We did a full unit replacement, including all new Duct work!!! Fabulous job, fabulous company!!!

Freedom Air did an amazing job on the installation of my new Ac unit and furnace. No part went untouched, every detail mattered. Jake met early with me to go over options, and explained everything in great detail. Great company to work with and would highly recommend.

Jake came out in the evening for an emergency call when our unit wasn’t blowing cold air. He was extremely polite and knowledgeable, and his friendliness and consideration made him feel like a long-known neighbor. Freedom Air did a great job installing my new furnace and air conditioner. I always knew when to expect them to arrive at my home. The workers were very courteous and took their time to explain everything to me as well as answer any questions that I asked them. They did not rush but took their time to do a thorough and neat job. They made sure that any mess they made was cleaned up before they left my home. I would definitely recommend them.

Jake and his company were amazing! He came out and gave us a free estimate on our new construction and told us he’d be able to do everything we wanted. He went above and beyond, staying late, and even teaching us along the way! Even though it took a couple days longer than expected, we didn’t mind because we knew he was making sure everything was perfect. He’s very detail-oriented and ensures his customers are satisfied! I have seriously never had such great service with an HVAC company. Jake answered the phone at almost 11pm on a Thursday night and was out the next afternoon. Got the job done quickly and Way cheaper than I was expecting.
