As usual, once again this afternoon, I received GREAT service on my HVAC system from Sam. He is a top-notch serviceman, and also a great guy!

Sam J. provided seasonal preventative service to our HVAC system recently. Sam is a great technician and customer friendly. I always ask for Sam J. to do our HVAC system checks.

Jack not only did an excellent installation job, he went above and beyond in taking care of incidental things, like loose insulation, making sure the air filter was easier to reach and a dozen other little things that add up to a conscientious individual and outstanding service. Very personable, communicative and pleasant to deal with.

Our furnace/heater was running non-stop, even in the off position. I called wade hatchell heating & cooling on a whim after not being satisfied with another local hvac repair guy. I was told someone would be out within an hour. They were true to their words! Mike S showed up and was very professional and helpful. He fixed the problem and answered all of our questions. The repair cost was very fair and much cheaper than we thought we were going to have to pay! I'm so glad we found a HVAC place we trust and can depend on and i would recommend these guys to anyone!

Sammy never disappoints! He's prompt, super friendly, and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We always ask for Sam when we need service.

Sam is a super guy. He has been coming to service our air conditioner and furnace for several years. He always does a good job and is able to answer any and all questions.

Sam J did routine maintenance on my heat pump, very knowledgeable and thorough on making sure there aren't any problems with heating or cooling on the system. Year after year my heat pump has been trouble free!

I was thoroughly impressed with Paul and Kenny's professionalism. They seemed to go that extra mile with everything, wearing shoe covers inside, and even carefully avoiding the plants in a decorative shade garden with baby birds in a nest right where they were working. They were quiet, but polite and seemed very knowledgeable with the installation, even when running into stone wall difficulties. Regarding the actual mini split ductless system they installed..........well, it's better than we thought it was going to be!! Super quiet and cools the rooms quickly! Two thumbs up for Wade Hatchell Heating and Cooling, you guys are the best!!

Jacob and Eric installed my new hvac system. They showed up on time, had to deal with down pouring rain but they got everything installed and running in less time than estimated. They cleaned up the mess, explained everything they did and were very friendly. I was very happy with the service they provided.

Sam always provides our service and he does a great job! He clearly explains the status of our system and tells us ways to save money. Sam is the consummate professional.

Mike Sparrow, Field Technician for Wade Hatchell, is outstanding in everything he takes care of that was installed by Wade Hatchell. He has been excellent in his appearance, skills and ability to maintain Carrier equipment. We always request Mike to come and do our servicing. And when he is through each time, he always makes us aware of how things are operating and, if any, parts need to be ordered. I would recommend Mike to anyone that needs service from Wade Hatchell!!

They installed our new geothermal heat pump several years ago and did a great job. They take care of any maintenance and repair. Technicians are prompt, courteous and professional. I can't imagine being any more pleased!
