Highly recommend Lex Rooter! Not only did Daniel fix the issues that we had been dealing with but he was very personable, on time, and worked hard the entire time he was there. I would definitely contact Lex Rooter again.

When we had drain issues at one of our properties over the weekend, I mistakenly assumed that Lex-Rooter was unavailable, and called a prominent local plumbing company instead. Those nice people spent three days and hundreds of dollars of our money, failed to solve the problem, and recommended a $4000 excavation. We called Lex-Rooter and in ninety minutes they unclogged the drain for a very reasonable charge, saving us thousands of dollars. Listen-- Lex-Rooter are specialists in drains, with experience and equipment other companies don't have. And they work on weekends. If you have a clogged drain, make them your first call. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Thanks!

After having my main drain back up I called a plumbing company who proceeded to camera my sewer line and tell me that my cast iron drain line was all cracked and needed to be jack hammered out and replaced. The obscenely large price they gave me necessitated me getting a second opinion. Lex-Rooter was referred to me by a plumber and I called them to set up an appointment.

Lex-Rooter cabled my sewer line, video documented everything, and located the line and depth from my house to the street. They did an amazing job. Turns out the lines weren't cracked, the rust from the cast iron formed into blocks that looked like cracks. They saved me $12,000 and now I know more about my house! Great job and I'll always recommend them

My son lives in Corinth, KY, he called me at 8:00 am on a Friday morning, telling me had septic issues. He couldn't get a company thru his home warranty to come look at it. I went to Google and Lex-Rooter Sewer came up and I called and spoke to Tanya, and I explained the situation and that I lived in Georgia and my son was needing his septic tank checked, she gave me upfront pricing and said they could get him on the schedule that day between 11:00 am -3:00 pm. By 1:00 pm that day my son's lines were cleared. Exceptional service and I am so glad that I located this company.

We called Lex-Rooter because our washer was backing up. Tony arrived on time, was very professional and friendly, and explained everything throughout the process. It turns out there are tree roots growing into our main drain which he was able to clean out. The price was very reasonable and I will definitely call Lex-Rooter again!

I had a wonderful experience with this company this afternoon. I called at 12:30pm, the technician was there by 3:30pm. His name was Bill. He was amazing, told me exactly what the problem was, and performed the service to fix it. He also gave me tips on what not to do in the future. Hannah is the person who answered the phone to make the appointment, and she was very helpful and friendly too. Definitely recommend!

Alex and Christian arrived promptly after call they were arriving. They waited for me to drive six min from work to my home. These gentlemen were complete professionals and discussed with me the steps involved in clearing out the sewer line of a home built in 1924. All pricing was quoted up front. This clearing procedure took well over two hours. Alex even explained some tips to implement to help keep the line open. Lex Rooter charged 1/4 the quoted price another well known vendor quoted to do the same job ( clearing the obstruction in the line via removing the toilet on the first floor to clear the line) The " claw " on the snake they used cleared the line. Lex Rooter will be my only choice in the future based on the response of Alex and Christian and the fact Lex Rooter is a local family owned business.

Scheduling our service was simple, made the call and had Ronnie on site within 2 hours. At first glance, it looked like we were going to have to take a commode off to scope but on second look, he discovered another cleanout access point and was able to offer a professional review of our sewer line. We were able to get a marking of the line, which LexServ did not offer us, and safely avoid damage to the line during construction. Very happy with the visit, the value, and the technician.

Called LexRooter on Saturday afternoon. We had a technician at our house within 1-2 hrs. Checked the issues, gave us a quote, got the job done . We were able to avoid having to stay away from home due to the water issues. Grateful for service even on the weekend. Worth the extra cost.

Cody B came out tonight on net years eve and did a phenomenal job! Our little problem ended up being 4 hours but Cody was very informative and wonderful guy to talk too.

Good company, answered all my concerns. I called them for a second opinion. They showed up on time and texted me 30 minutes prior to coming out. Both technicians were professionals and explained what I was seeing on the video screen and provided suggestions for repair that was thousands of dollars below my first quote. They sent me a video of my sewer line.

Bill was fantastic, on time, very courteous and left our kitchen clean. It has a very tough clog, but he did a great job and was very fairly priced.

I called at 4:45 pm for a clogged kitchen sink drain and the dispatcher was very friendly. She had a plumber at my house the next day at 8am. He was courteous and professional, and I appreciate that he didn't try to upsell me on unrelated services. I would use this company again.

These folks are the best - and they proved it for the 2nd time. They cleaned out our main house line before, well we had too much lint & debris clogging up an old floor drain & they cleaned our our whole sewer line again (pipe seems to be compromised) + that difficult drain, and did so under their warranty for free. Now I know why my plumber recommended them specifically. And they will come the same day if their schedule allows, which they did today.

I called Lex-Rooter at 8:00 AM to ask for help with my badly clogged drain and by 11:00 that morning they were at my front door and ready to work! Both of my toilets were clogged and sewage had backed up into my shower. It was an awful mess, but they cleared it all out and ran the rooter all the way out to the street from my house. The two men were very polite and friendly, but most important of all, they knew how to take care of my problem and took care of it in about an hour and a half. An additional surprise was the bill!! Although they told me what it was going to be upfront, it was a little less and very reasonable. I am a very happy customer!!

Called to schedule appointment and they sent out 2 techs within couple hours. The techs were very professional and knowledgeable about sewer sump issue I was having. They were quick with the fix and house is back up running 100%. Great Job Lex-Rooter!

I called around to a couple of places and couldn’t get a clear idea of cost. They wanted to give a “free estimate” Lex- rooter gave a quote, came on time and Jamar was the best. He’s so sweet and personable and helped us understand our clog and how to keep it from happening again. Price was what the woman on the phone quoted. Nothing more. Would def use them again.

Had a complete emergency at our home in Palomar as one of our pipes had broken somehow. Water was rushing everywhere and i was trying to get the main shut off. Not to mention my father &motherinlaw we at the house. From the time i spoke to LEX-rooter till the time they were there was about 20 minutes, mind you this was at 10pm. Greatservice , john & rob (i think) sry guys... did a awesome job very professional and stayed on task till everything was completed. They left before midnight. But what impressed me the most was the fact was when i shook there hands when they got to the house and told me we're gonna get you taken care of and done the right way ....they shook my hand like they meant it and they looked me in the eye when they said it, and it goes along way with me could not be happier with their work!!!

These guys are great. We called for what we thought was a clog. James and Dalton came out quick and determined our issue. They explained what was going on and what we should do next. Very professional. Will call them again if we have any other issues!
