We scheduled a visit and they no called no showed (albeit we had severe thunderstorms but a call would’ve been nice). Once he came they weren’t able to identify an exact problem which is fine as it’s a process. However, they left screws and metal fragments on the floor afterwards knowing we had a baby here and as soon as they left, the one problem that was addressed immediately started again. When I texted him this I was ignored. We were told that our fan receiver was defective and needed the fan replaced but apparently told the home warranty company that the wiring was done incorrectly and thus not covered. The gentlemen were nice but the service aspect was disappointing.
