I recommend Mike and his team often. The work he has done for me has always exceeded my expectations.

I've known Mike for many years. The professionalism and care he provides to the client is second to none.

Mike and his team did a great job on our new home addition. They handled the entire process. They made it easy.

I had an unexpected plumbing issue come up and TCS was able to come check things out within 24 hours. They assessed the problem, provided an estimate, and had the repairs completed all in the same day! They were friendly and professional, and even great with our dogs. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

I would highly recommend Total Construction Solutions! The entire team did an awesome job on my rebuild project from the office staff to the work crew. So professional in every way. Many thanks to Katie and Michael! Thank you!

Don’t hesitate choose Total Construction Solutions like I did, you will not be disappointed. This is the company I will call for anything I need done & completed and looks amazing

When we decided to move to Lexington, KY we were looking for an honest and skilled general contractor to remodel our historic home. The process to get permits was a challenge but Mike and his team go it done. Our house is fabulous.

If you need home repairs done, this is the place. Chris’s team is great. The work was top notch! Katie in the office worked with my insurance ( is still working with them ). The price was the best I found and again the work was so good. Wonderful to work with and I have a company now when I need something like this done. 10 stars!

First time home owner here and first time with a contractor. Walls and flooring had to be replaced in a large amount of the house after water damage. Basically gave the check to Michael before I realized all the mistakes that his subcontractor made. Subcontractor told me he was a recovering addict but I don’t think there was any recovery to it by his behavior and shotty work. There are bubbles all in the drywall. Paint chipped on the walls in multiple areas just a couple weeks later. There are cracks where the wood should meet in the bathroom. Water seeps into the bathroom floor if water comes out of the bathtub. Was told not to worry about it because floors are water proof. Wood floors were not flush to wall in multiple areas of the house, like an inch thick at least. Carpets no longer meet wood floors and are just hanging out before floor transition strip.
