The scheduled time slot for the Titan rep to arrive was 10:00-12:00. As usual, Jesse arrived right at 10:00 and quickly went to work. The problem I had was consistently inconsistent. Sometimes my furnace would come on when it was supposed to and sometimes it wouldn't. Once he removed all the covers of the furnace, Jesse gave it a command to turn on. He saw the problem right away and worked to resolve the issue. Titan knows what they are doing and I trust them to identify and fix any problems I have with my HVAC system.

We love Jeff and Jesse and everyone down at titan hearing and air. They provide great service. They are honest and the only company I trust to work on my hvac.

I called after I woke up to 58 degrees in my house this morning with the temperature outside at 22 degrees. The owner, Jeff, answered right away and was at my house within 1 hour to help me. He was my hero! I not only had him fix my unit but I signed up for a Service Contract for this year. Jeff is a very nice man and very knowledgeable. I would recommend Jeff to every one in Georgetown, KY. He lives here. Thank you again Jeff.

Titan heating and cooling has a service program that does a check on your unit spring and fall. This service is awesome and the technician are very professional and spends quality time doing a thorough inspection. I could not be more pleased with their service. It gives me a piece of mind to know that my unit is ready for the heat or the cold.

This company is very quick to respond when you need help, and they will work around your schedule for service appointments. Every one from customer service to technicians and installers have been top notch. I highly recommend Titan to everyone I know!

I had been told by another company, whose name I won't mention, that there was a problem with my emergency heat not kicking on. I called Titan for a second opinion and low and behold there was nothing wrong with it. It only took them about 15 minutes of testing. That speaks volumes. Especially it being the first time ever seeing my system. Titan now has my business from this point forward. Thanks guys. Top notch service!

We have worked with Titan for a few years now, and they never disappoint. Jesse Graham inspected my inside and outside units today and he always goes above and beyond, explaining everything, making sure the units are clean and have fresh filters, etc. Jesse has done a couple repairs/check ups with us and it’s always a pleasure working with him. I love that I get a copy of the check list in my email, along with photos of what is being checked. I can also pay invoices from my phone, which is very convenient.

Jeff and Jesse were friendly, quick to respond, and there for me in a pinch on the weekend. Jesse specifically was very thorough in explaining and showing me the problems with my furnace, and what he was doing and what was required to fix. Got a lifetime customer as far as I’m concerned.

Jesse was helpful, explained what was being done, was efficient, conscientious of cleanliness while performing the work. We have used Titan Heating and Air multiple times and will definitely use them again. Always professional.

Called on Saturday afternoon because of an issue. We were contacted back within 20-30 minutes and someone was out to the house within 2 hours. The situation was handled quickly. We were told an estimate for repair would be to us on Monday morning. Repair will be done on Tuesday!

We are very happy with the reliable service that is provided by Titan. It’s nice to know that our HVAC system will work properly throughout the year. TJ, from Titan, has been out both on a repair call (for A/C) as well as the routine check. TJ is knowledgeable and very courteous.

I called Jeff at Titan Heating &Air around 8am because my central air had stop working. He had TJ at my house by 12:30 and TJ called me to let me know he was on his way so i told him i would head back home myself, TJ had it fixed and running before i even made it home myself I I couldn't believe the cost so so so resealable. Jeff mite not know it but I promise Titan has become my go to company, They just proved to me someone's WORD still has meaning to me because im old school. Thanks Jeff for all you do. Customer for life.

The AMEN House is so thankful for Titan Heating & Air. We are getting to know our new location for the AMEN House Thrift Store and I have so many questions about our heat and air. Owner Jeff Burnett and his team member TJ have been amazing to answer all of my questions along the way. Some days just providing insight to my questions and some days running back for supplies so we could have a same day solution to our problem. All of their work helps us end hunger in Scott County!

Woke up with no heat on 12/23! Just knew response would be difficult on a busy day before Christmas Eve! To my surprise the call was answered promptly & courteously with the promise of service the same day!
Due to their volume & the holiday, Jeff, the owner made my service call himself. He quickly identified my issue (it’s an old furnace but luckily could be repaired) and I was overjoyed with the prompt service and more than fair cost! Merry Christmas to me!

I’d give 10 stars if I could! First off, when I called they did not have any openings, but because my a/c wasn’t really working on the hottest day this year so far, they told me they’d squeeze me in at the end of the day. However! They were able to get to me before they said. My technician was TJ and he was wonderful. He was quick, efficient, and very respectful of my sleeping baby. He also educated me on the system so I knew what was happening, what the problem was, and what I could do in the future. AND! he didnt mansplain it, he explained it in a way that I could understand. I highly recommend Titan Heating and Air, especially TJ Williams.

Jonah was the best!! Very informative and honest!! He even got us signed up for the maintenance membership. Chrissy was very helpful and had Jonah out the next day. Excellent service!!

My technician TJ was excellent!! He explained what needed to be fixed and gave me a couple of options on how to fix the problem. The costs for the repairs was very reasonable too! I would definitely recommend Titan Heating and Air to anyone needing heating and air work done!
