I had a brand new HVAC system installed last year and they did a fantastic job. Great service and customer support and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a HVAC service.

Dustin was great and I didn’t feel like he tried to sell me anything. He also wanted me there watching and tried to show me proof of what the problem was and what he was doing so I knew what was going on and didn’t just have to go off of his word. Great strat! Would recommend.

The blower motor on my furnace quit working on December 23 It was very cold . Due to the holiday the repair could not be made until the following week The technician found us a space heater to gets through a very cold weekend. The next week the motor was replaced . Very polite technician.

It was my Mom Katherine Cox that had Watsons install her heating and air unit. They were very nice and professional. The unit works great for her and I would definitly recommend them.

June hail storm ruined my heat pump. Contacted Tyler and his office had me an insurance estimate in a couple days. Once approved, they had my unit replaced in two business days. Couldn't have ask for a quicker response. Cold air!

Watson Heating and Air were great to work with. They were very professional and helpful to fix our thermostat.

Every time I have needed help with properties that were left to me in an estate I have been very satisfied with the kind prompt service I and my properties received.

They insured that the installation of the new air conditioner and furnace was the proper size unit for the house and we have had no problems with it since they finished the installation. We intend to have them service it at least twice a year in the spring to insure that the ac is working properly and in the fall to insure the furnace is working properly. As the saying goes an ounce of prevention is better than a pound of cure.

I really appreciate the owner, technicians and workers worked late into the night installing my heating and cooling system in my new home. When problems arose they were quick to get a technician here to figure out the problem new part (no charge for the part or the service call) and the system works like a charm!

Dustin and the whole crew at Watson Heating and Air are phenomenal. Dustin went above and beyond to fix my 15 year old unit, taking the time to clean parts no other service person (company) would do. He is honest and respected the fact it was a bad time for me to have to pay for a new system. He was honest, which lead me to trust him a year later when he suggested that we seriously think about and new system and suggested we do it before December, the height of the crazy heating and air service of old units going out.

I am so glad I listened to him, because right when the 5 degrees record cold was being given, my neighbor’s unit caught on fire (wires and electrical panel in upstairs unit started smoking and melting) which caused smoke to be blown throughout the house and quit working. This was my neighbors 2nd unit in 15 years and we were still on our first unit before I followed Dustin’s advice. We had no problems and the new BOSH unit is super quiet and efficient. My sister actually saved money on her energy bills this winter. It was a win/win. We had the confidence nothing was going to break down on us at the worst time, as every unit I have had has went out at the absolutely height of summer, and we saved money on our bills as well. The new BOSH unit is so quiet, that you can stand beside it and have a regular conversation with someone. You can’t hear it if it is outside your window; it is awesome!!! I am glad I trusted and went with Dustin’s recommendation. The whole crew is awesome. I will not use anyone else. I am more than likely going to beg them to come to TN when I need a unit at my house. Dustin and the whole crew are just as professional and trustworthy as it gets. They are my go to for all things heating and air.

The technician from Watson's was wonderful. He identified my problem, and explained why it was happening. Fortunately, there was no need for a repair.

The maintenance program he described is an excellent value, and I plan to participate!

We just bought our home and had an issue with hvac. Called and they promptly came, inspected and gave me a solution to issues. Work performed as agreed in a very timely manner. Workers professional and took time to insure I knew what they were doing and all my questions answered. Will use again as needs arise.
