They have most all your plumbing needs there very nice people and knowledgeable

My wife and I bought a shower part from them several years ago during a remodel. The part needed to be replaced under manufacturer warranty and the company who made it was zero help. I decided to go back to Plumbers Supply to see if they knew what to do and they took care of the entire process. They were very helpful and my wife and I really appreciated their willingness to some normal folks despite the fact that their business mostly caters to professional plumbers. Great service by everybody involved AND on top of that the shower is fixed too.

I guess the name says it all!!!! If your not a plumber or if u don’t have the make and model of exactly what you need, don’t go here...they don’t have the skills to deal with “the general public”...been here several times over the Last 5-10 years trying to find a part...every time I’ve been talked down to or asked enough questions that I don’t know the answers to that insinuates that they don’t have enough information to help me find what I need...I think they train all their counter staff to talk non-plumbers/“the general public” into leaving empty-handed as soon possible...
