Great company..called at 8:30 Nathan arrived at 10:30 quickly identified our issue had it fixed in short order for very reasonable price..highly recommend!

Couldn't ask for a better experience. From the the time I made the call till the end of the job. They was quick to come out and the technician was very knowledgeable and polite. Would highly recommend them.

They did a great job. They took my call and 9pm the night before and squeezed me in the next morning. Upfront pricing and no up-sales of unnecessary services.

Tyler and his team were fantastic. He took plenty of time to listen and survey the land. His professionalism and caring attitude were outstanding and it's obvious he knows what he and his team are doing. Would highly recommend!!!

Have had drain problems off and on since I bought my place (very old plumbing). They came fast and took care of the problem. They replaced the old cast iron drain link quickly and efficiently. Alec was very polite and professional!!! Would recommend!

Can’t say enough great about Shawn Ross, excellent experience. Very good at what he does, communicated frequently. His partner, Alec was great as well. Couldn’t have had a better experience when I needed someone to unclog a drain.

Our service was performed by Shawn Ross, and he was very courteous and up front. He diagnosed our problem, provided my wife and me with what caused the problem, and how to correct the problem. Although Shawn was only able to provide a temporary solution, he left us with what would need to be done to provide a permanent solution to the problem. Overall, we were completely satisfied with the service we received from Zoom Drain and Shawn.

Nathan came and did a great job. He braved the snow and was fast, efficient and professional! All the stars!! Highly recommend!

I recently hired Zoom Drain for a drain cleaning that resulted in a necessary line replacement, and I couldn't be more satisfied! The owner, Tyler, and technician, Alec, were exceptionally communicative, helpful, compassionate, and transparent throughout the entire process. They responded promptly to any questions or concerns, and I felt cared for throughout the entire process.

The Zoom Drain team also showed a great ability to handle unexpected complications with efficiency and professionalism. When the job became more complicated than initially anticipated due to the presence of concrete below the soil surface, they promptly communicated the issues, presented viable solutions, and worked diligently to resolve the problems.

Tyler and Alec also kept excellent records/photos once the project was underway. This became especially valuable when dealing with insurance. The comprehensive documentation of the job ensured a seamless process when submitting claims.

I am so grateful my plumber recommended Zoom Drain when the issue arose and extend my own recommendation to others who are having drainage issues!

Got some sewer lines cleaned out with zoom drain and it’s nice to have things working again. Both guys were very nice and clean. Thankful to have someone to do this.

Shawn was nice and very courteous. He was very professional in the was he explained every thing they were doing. They took care of the clog very quickly. I would recommend them for any plumbing job you have

Great service and quick to answer and follow up with any questions I may have had. I called them out on Friday, fixed by Tuesday and luckily found more issues with older pipes that would have prevented more of a disaster down the line and fixed that by Wednesday. Estimates were dead on and were in my opinion very fair for the work they did. Don't waste your time with someone who may appear cheaper or who may try and scam you, just go with the best in Zoom Drain and get it done right.

Alec was here at my house one hour after calling Zoom. He found what was clogging my drain- a piece of tile from a floor remodel, broke it up and pushed it out. Affordable fees and fast efficient service!

While nobody wants or likes to have plumbing or drain work done, if you do need it--these are your guys! Alec was responsive, communicative, informative, and proactive with any and everything pertaining to the issues and the fix. Highly recommend!

I called Zoom with a plumbing issue and the owner was kind enough to walk me through troubleshooting it. He said he didn't want to charge me to come out for something we could knock out over the phone. Very nice!

I wish there was 10 star option. The experience was much better than a 4 but not quite a 5.
The response time was when we needed it. Communication was awesome! Shawn was kind and knowledgeable. The cost was much more than expected. Next time I will comparison shop but will choose Zoom Drain if they are close, up to 10% more.

I can’t say enough good things about Zoom Drain! The owner made sure we were taken care of in a timely manner and was so wonderful to work with! Our technician was punctual, professional, knowledgeable about the problem and also wonderful to work with! Our issue was fixed and our technician stayed to make sure there wasn’t a lingering problem. I will definitely recommend and use this company in the future!
