I recently had Scott from Barrier Roofs come out for an inspection. I had a minor leak. He conducted a thorough inspection of our roof and quickly identified the source of the leak. He even provided a fix on the same day knowing rain was on its way and called next day to make sure we were all sealed up. His honesty was refreshing and if I ever need anything else I’ll call back out to him.

Barrier Roofs was extremely professional from beginning to end. Robert Scates made the process incredibly easy. He quickly scheduled appointments, was always on time, and promptly submitted paperwork.
On the day of installation, the entire crew was on time and finished the job very competently and efficiently . Robert checked on the crew the day of installation and also came back to inspect final work. I would highly recommend this company and their crew. The roof looks great !!!

Derek Craft with Barrier Roof Systems was AWESOME to work with. He dealt with all the insurance hoops and kept me informed during that time. Anytime I had any questions he answered them in a timely manner.When the time came for the work the crew did an awesome job on install a 11/2 days to tear off 2 layers and reinstall. Clean up was the best I’ve ever seen couldn’t even tell that they had been there. Would totally recommend to anyone. Planning on having them install new gutters and downspout’s in the near future. Very impressed with Derek and the crew.

Derek and his entire crew at Barrier Roofs are absolutely amazing! If you're looking to have top-notch work done in an extremely fast and efficient manor this is the company for you! Derek and his staff have kept us up to date the entire way through the process starting from tearing off the old roof to getting the entire new roof put on. All materials were delivered the night before, the following day they were hard at work and had a brand new roof installed in 1 DAY! I would highly recommend this company to anyone in Kentucky!

I would highly recommend Barrier Roofs. Our experience from beginning to end was very professional. The crew onsite for 2 days worked very hard and kept the yard very clean. Our sales guy Mike Poole helped walk us through the whole process. He added a personal touch that made us feel very much at ease and comfortable with all the steps. He gave us many, many addresses to go look at to help us decide a shingle color. It was very difficult decision but his expertise and guidance helped us make the perfect choice for our home. I highly recommend Barrier Roofs and their representative Derek. He was extremely responsive, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and did everything he said he would on time. He went out of his way to make this process as easy as possible. The crew was very polite, worked efficiently to get the job done in one day, and did an outstanding job cleaning up all debris. The crew even carefully moved some garden ornaments I had forgotten. Overall, we had a fantastic experience.

We had a very positive experience with Barrier Roofs replacing our entire roof after storm damage. We worked closely with Derek who was fantastic. Derek was very responsive, answered all our questions, and constantly kept us updated about the process. Between our inexperience and issues with insurance, Derek took charge and handled everything professionally and friendly. Scheduling the installation with other staff was seamless as well. The team that installed the roof did an excellent job. They were on-time, courteous, and thorough. I was surprised at how well they were able to clean up around the house after job completion. We highly recommend Barrier Roofs and would use them again for additional exterior jobs.

I recently had Scott from Barrier Roofs come out for a hail inspection, and while he didn't find any hail damage, he did leave me assured no problems were visible. My roof was still good for awhile. I was almost sure he’d try to sell me a roof, but appreciated his honesty. I did have a chimney issue. Didn’t even know they did masonry work. But his masonry came out and gave me a cap and some tucking and I’m sealed up tight again. Happy I called into Barrier and Scott.

Barrier Roofs installed a new roof after hail damage and they did a great job. Mike was great to work with and always answered texts/phone calls promptly and helped us work through the process. The installers were amazing. They took off the old roof, and installed the new one in 13 hours. They had a big team that worked quickly and efficiently together. All areas were cleaned up very nicely - even the top of our sunroom that I thought they might forget. We are very happy with Barrier Roofs.

Barrier did an excellent job with installing our new roof. Justin Gillespie, our Barrier representative, provided excellent advice as far as shingle and venting options, kept us informed, and ensured things were done right. After the job was done, he came back on his own to carefully comb the premises with a powerful rolling magnet to make sure there were no stray nails that might puncture lawnmower tires. The crew showed up on time and finished the job in one long day. Emily, the representative at the main office, was easy to reach and returned calls promptly. The new roof looks great. We are very satisfied.

I recently had Barrier Roofs come out for a roof inspection. Jason was very thorough and determined that my roof was in good condition. However, I was informed that they offered additional services that I required. The original windows installed in my house over 30 years ago were in need of replacement. Barrier provided a much-needed renovation by installing new windows and gutters, giving my house a significant facelift. Barrier replaced our almost 20 YO home roof with Owens Corning Dimensional shingles. They started removing the old roof earlier than expected (about 7:20 am), but that allowed them to complete the roof replacement the same day. They were prompt and professional, and our home insurance company even gave us a discount for the new architectural shingles. Ask for Jonathan... he'll take good care of you!

We contacted Barrier Roofs due to storm damage from previous storms. Dalton came out to access everything and quote for the roof replacement. We already had insurance involved, we needed to find a company the was reliable and honest. Working with Dalton and Barrier Roofs, we found that! We didn’t feel pestered or ignored like some companies made us feel. He was 100% professional, answered all our questions, and worked with our schedule. Both Dalton and Viviana were easily reached and able to get things going. Surprisingly we were able to get the roof replaced earlier than we thought. Thankfully as well, because another storm came through and blew up more shingles, the day before they were able to come.
The crew came out, respected our property, got done quickly and professionally! My neighbor was raving about how quickly they got everything finished. It looks amazing! So happy to have nicer, lasting roof, with a great warranty!
