Visited Aurora Sunday, June 25 to have pool water tested. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Their advice and product suggestions worked quickly to resolve our water issues and we were swimming by Tuesday! Also took advanrage of sale and bought some new pool toys! Their store selection for parts, pools, spas and pool toys is hands down the best around!

This company has a smart and h working staff. We visited multiple time to explain our needs and to review options, we were NEVER pressured to make a purchase on any of the visits. After we had settled on a couple of choices and review our need, (we were placing the hot tub inside) Justin outlined 4 best choices and pros and cons of each. He then walked away so we could discuss in private. We made our choice and the delivery was scheduled within 2 days. The delivery crew worked very hard to place the tub where we wanted. They worked long and hard but did everything we asked and smiled the entire time.

I called a few weeks ago about one of the pumps in my hot tub not working. The service manager was able to guide me through several ways to check to confirm it wasn't any type of programming issues. He came to the conclusion that a repair technician would have to come and inspect the system.

On the day of service I received a courteous phone call from the technician Justin. He gave me a time to expect him and when he arrived he was following Covid-19 guidelines of wearing a mask.

He explained everything he was doing and performed various checks in hopes I wouldn't need a complete pump change. Unfortunately the number two pump was completely locked up and was changed out in a matter of minutes. Justin confirmed his work, replaced all panels and left the site better than when he arrived.

We've all had service technicians at our house for some reason or the other. Justin is a great example of how service should be provided and I will recommend him to anyone needing service.

We love our new BullFrog Spa purchased last week. Justin, our salesman, was very attentive, listening to what we were wanting and was very helpful in helping us make our decision. Ethan and his crew were very prompt and courteous when they removed our old spa and delivered our new one. The set up was smooth and Ethan was full of instructions on how to begin our new journey with this new tub. Thank you Aurora!

Aurora is always fast and helpful regarding our pool and needs. Never had a bad experience. We have been with them for years and they know us by name. My wife and I, highly recommend them for all the things!

Highly recommend Aurora Pools! We had a very difficult pool installation due to rock seams and elevation changes, but Woodie, Russell and Zach didn’t quit until it was exactly like we wanted it. Scott and Ti have provided excellent customer service and water analysis tips. Couldn’t be happier with our decision!

We bought our pool from Aurora a few years ago. They were reasonably priced. The installation went smoothly. I have visited the store every summer for supplies and they have always been very helpful.

5 year edit: pool is still like brand new with no wear on the pump, liner or metal parts. So glad we went with aurora pools.

We had aurora install our pool last year. We have had 0 problems. People installing were professional and people at their store have always been more than happy to answer any of my question or concerns. Very happy customer!!

In the last 8 months, we have purchased a pool and hot tub from Aurora, I am very pleased with both! Had a small issue with the hot tub recently, but they had a tech out to me in a couple of days, and he solved all issues. Highly recommended!!!!

I went to Aurora 15 minutes before the closed thinking there was no way they would stay open to test my water sample and walk me through step by step how to treat my pool. I was definitely wrong!!! They greeted me with a smile, didn’t care one bit that it was almost time for them to go home. The guy that tested my sample gave me detailed directions on adding the chemicals. He wrote them down on a piece of paper, explained everything in simple ways. Didn’t rush and the best part of the whole experience is they didn’t try to sell me a bunch of over priced chemicals and things I didn’t need!! That alone is hard to find. I will definitely return to Aurora for all my pool needs.

Went to Aurora to purchase a pool on the recommendation of a friend. I am so glad that I did! They were super helpful. They took the time to answer all of my questions and I never felt pressured to buy. Even after my pool was purchased and installed, they still responded to my emails within an hour. Their customer service is something you just don't find anymore. I love my pool and I can't say enough good things about Aurora!

I bought our pool last year. Aurora has been great to work with. The sales staff goes above and beyond to assist you. They are very helpful with all pool related questions. Thank you Aurora for making this a great experience and my grand kids thank you for helping their NeNe get them a pool.

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with both Justin and Ty during the process of purchasing our first hot tub. We couldn't have had a better experience. The whole process was smooth and easy and we can't wait until it gets installed!

I recently went to Aurora to shop for outdoor furniture for my 1st home purchase. I was greeted by the gentleman behind the counter and went on to browse their showroom floor. After looking around for a few minutes Mark, the manager, asked me if I needed any help. I ended up purchasing out door furniture as well as a eat in kitchen table. I plan to return in the future for a fire pit to complete my backyard. I was impressed with the service I received and I recommend Aurora Pool and spas to all my friends and family!!!

I can’t say enough great things about Aurora pools and Spas. Cortney Farmer is awesome, she helped me coordinate a hot tub move with ease. The four gentlemen who installed my hot tub were awesome, they were down to earth and took time to educate me on many things I didn’t know about hot tubs. You get what you pay for, from this point forward I will only use Aurora pools and spas. I recommend everyone else do as well!

I love this place! I hate the hassle of shopping for pool supplies but they keep a record of what I purchased the previous year and like magic I was able to purchase the correct filter for my hot tub and didn’t have to worry about returning anything. Worth driving 2 hours! I’ve never had an issue with them. We purchased our pool and the following year the pump had quit. They quickly made it right! I happily drive 2 hours for all my supplies because I know it will be done correctly and if I have any questions they are always there to explain things and give me options!

We bought our pool four years ago from Aurora. I cannot say enough great things about the experience and continued care from all of the Aurora group. Everyone has been helpful with any issues we may have had, just with routine maintenance. We live very close to two pool businesses, but choose to drive to Aurora for great customer care and service.

I have owned multiple hot tubs which I have bought from Aurora. I have always been satisfied but, a recent experience has impressed me more than ever. We go Florida from October to April and leave our setting on econ. After only 4 years our top began to leak and it impaired our control panel. Scott was gracious enough to comp us for a new panel and cover for no charge even though he was not reimbursed by the manufacturer. This act is very impressive and I will always be an Aurora customer. Very classy company.

I highly recommend Aurora Pools & Spas. The customer service is 5 star, they went way beyond normal service call. The technician who serviced our spa, was so dedicated to fixing a manufacturing problem. The time and patience was very impressive. Its employees like him that will keep us coming back for future purchases.

I recently purchased 4 Telescope lounge chairs and a 13' red umbrella with base. The service I received in the store was great! No pushy sales people but when I had a question, I received their full attention. I have been very pleased with my purchases. I had a bit of sticker shock on the price of the umbrella but after using for about a month, I do not regret it at all!! The wind has not blown it over and other umbrellas in the same location repeatedly blow over!
