All reviews for Bartlett Tree Experts

We have been getting service from Bartlett by feeding the roots of our dogwood and maple tree. However during the recent high winds the fork in the maple tree split and needed removal to prevent further damage. I worked with the arborist, Megan to schedule a team of Tree Experts to do the job.

They came out and were able to remove the damaged limb and also were able to go up the center of the tree to remove smaller branches that needed removal. The tree looks so much better and their work will extend the life of the tree.

Thank you Megan and to the Tree Experts crew for your work.

Timely and professional service! Bartlett Tree Experts are our go-to arborist and always provide excellent, friendly consultation with punctual scheduling. Highly recommend!

Great and professional service. I've used them twice and would highly recommend!

Very professional. Got the work done quickly, cleaned up.

Eric consulted with me today about my sick tree. Very professional and informative. Thank you!

Fast response. Knowledgeable staff. Professional and courteous crew. Safety conscious and cleaned up after themselves. I’m very pleased.

Second time using Town Branch and very impressed with their service, communication, and knowledge. Clean up after the job was impeccable. Very happy customer!

Very knowledgeable and professional tree service, friendly workers. They showed up on time and got the job done the same day. I would highly recommend them.

I have had them remove black locust trees from my backyard on 2 occasions. They are punctual, professional, and do great work. I highly recommend

I called to have TBTE reps come out and access our Crabapple, which I thought needed to come down. Much to my surprise, Eric, their arborist, helped me see that it was perfectly fine, I just needed to correct a few things to extend its life.
We have used them before so we wanted to reach out again, and I’m glad we did. He was on time, informative, and gave me a solution verses wanting to chop down a perfectly good tree. Thanks so much!

Great job. The guys worked so well together.
Yard was left in fantastic condition. Very satisfied. Coming back in spring to plant trees. Dan Selby.

Mr. Hesley and Mr. Lancaster did excellent work on 12/16/2021, they took time to listen, and verify all work was done according to the contract. I would definitely use Town Branch for all tree services. Once again thank you Mr. Hesley and Mr. Lancaster for listening and caring how my trees should be prune.

I have used this particular business twice within one year. They are super experienced, show up when they say they’re going to show up, always clean up properly, and are very reasonable with their prices. I will always call them when I need tree trimming or removal.

Eric did a good job of scoping and made good recommendations on what to do with our trees. Thereafter Ian came over and did a good and meticulous job of pruning our plum tree and the other maple trees, all of which are in the front of our home and therefore very visible. Ian showed up on time and and cleaned up neatly afterward. Price was also reasonable. We will definitely call TBTE in the future for pruning and other tree requirements.

Excellent, knowledgeable and professional tree company. Town Branch has done two large jobs for us and we couldn't have been happier with the value
and quality of their work.

Top notch company. The way they removed 2 very large trees that were in tight proximity of houses was nothing short of amazing.
Great people that were very considerate and pleasant to deal with. Aside from the missing trees you would never know they were here. Very clean.

You may have to wait for scheduling, but after interviewing other vendors, it became clear Town Branch was all about what’s best for the tree. Two other bids quickly offered to lop off gigantic branches (I’m in a woodsy, large-treed neighborhood) Today, as initially bid, Town Branch came in like surgeons to cut only the dead wood and troublesome branches. A+ on cleanup as well.

Excellent personnel and services! I like to support local, Lexington KY businesses. Eric, who scoped the project and gave the estimate, is a certified arborist, who took detailed notes and made suggestions to work on several large, mature trees. The crew that arrived also were knowledgeable and informative and patient as they answered my questions. I am confident they didn't just hack my trees, but were surgical in their cuts so that my trees will remain healthy for many years.
