It was easy to schedule an appointment for an issue with my refrigerator. Technician arrived on time, was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem and educated me about what caused it and how to avoid it in future.

The repair price was really expensive for about 20 minutes of actual work, but they had same day appointments. From calling to make the appointment to having my dryer working again took right at 2 hours. Technician was polite.

I am very pleased with the service I received from Appliance repair . I called late Thurs night and a repairman came right away the next day . The serviceman , called me before arriving , we discussed my issue and he already knew what the problem was . When he arrived he showed me the problem and advised in detail what needed to be done to fix it . The repair was done very quickly. Our service repairman was very knowledgeable and kind . He was a friendly guy ! I appreciated that too .
