Had a clogged gutter/downspout on the front corner of our house. Talked to James for a bit about the issue (we already had a gutter guard that was improperly installed with a clog underneath). He had some guys out the next day to take a look and give me an estimate. Went above and beyond to send pictures of all the issues with the gutter installation from a previous contractor and talked over options even informing him I had another contractor coming to take a look. We did not end up going with them but honesty and professionalism was top notch.
