Shaun and Zack showed up right on time this morning and quickly went to work diagnosing the problem with our furnace and in record time had our furnace up and running like new. These 2 men are a real credit to All State Mech. and their knowledge and skills speak volumes about their dedication to their company and it's customers.

I got a appointment the same day I called.. got a text message to let me know exactly who my technician would be and what time he would arrive... Justin got in fixed the problem and got out... Allstate definitely gets 5 stars from me!...

If anyone knows me I know nothing about a HVAC system! But Shawn gave me a complete class on how to care for it and what to look for.

The technician that came out was friendly and efficient in troubleshooting, locating the problem and fixing the issue! I would definitely use them again and if you’re looking for someone, I would definitely recommend them!

Great follow ups and customer service

I thought I was having trouble with my thermostat. Tech came out and found a breaker tripped somehow. Fixed the problem, stuck around long enough to verify it was going to stay on. 100% satisfied.

Shaune was very nice and insightful with replacing my thermostat. He also finished the job in 15-20 minutes. This company did not take long with scheduling my appointment, which was a plus due to the high heat index.

Tech was very knowledgeable, did a complete job, and was polite.

The had to replace my AC unit. They were professional from start to finish. Informed me when they were going to be late because of a parts issue, but worked to get the part so they could still get the job done the same day. Although they had to go back and forth outside, they were respectful to my house and kept the door closed and asked to plug in equipment. Went to get an air filter because my unit didn’t come with one for whatever reason. Then asked for the broom to clean the mess they made from the install and going in and out the door. Communication, professionalism, respectful, was all top tier!!!

The repairman, Zack, was on time. He explained what was happening with my central air. He was thorough, knowledgeable, professional and friendly.

Our air conditioner had been broken, leaking, not cooling, cutting on and off for several years. After many failed attempts to get it fixed through another company, they came in and determined that our A/C unit needed to be replaced. They were very communicative and made sure to send messages letting us know of their arrival. The scheduling process was very efficient. This installation was done in a few hours, just in time to avoid another year of baking in our apartment during the summer from a broken air conditioner. Highly recommend.
