Their HVAC tech Brady Schuh did a great job, called as he was on his way over, followed up with a phone call, and communicated in a way I could understand. A true professional.

Very professional and extremely good at what they do. I would recommend Alpha to anyone looking for a good reliable honest company to work for.

I can not speak to their quality of work personally but any company that treats their employees as well as they do definitely has a good strong team working for them.

Tried To call and have a conversation about a Chiller I need removed and all were much to busy to talk and totally hung up on me. Good luck getting more business that way.

One of their company trucks ran my family of of 265 on 5/6/19 going west in stop and go traffic. Just to make it a car ahead.

This ain't Nascar so why are you acting like you're in a competition, driving dangerously in a company truck? Whoever was behind the wheel of this truck needs to be dethroned from it. The person kept impatiently jumping in one lane to another on cars without putting on their blinkers. The person swerved in front of me a few times, causing me to get on my brakes multiple times and then he would randomly speed off. I got so tired of the reckless behavior I decided to get the info. on the truck. Truck #489 last four tag number looked like I636 or G It was hard to catch up with this fool to get everything and try to avoid getting a ticket at the same time. I was going at least 83-87 to get their info and still couldn't get close at times so they were speeding well over 90. This company needs to do better.

Called these guys @ 9:00 AM to have them assist me on a large Air Vent that’s having issues, causing smoke to be in the air, I stressed that I needed some assistance today & if they couldn’t make it out today, I’d keep calling other companies. VP of sales called me & said they would be out to take a look today, no problem.
I called them back 6 hours later as they had not shown up, and he starts talking about how large of a company they are, they have 500 trucks on the road, and a whole mess of stuff that had nothing to do with them coming out & then tells me to find someone else because they are not interested in getting involved.
Should have just said that from the start, would have been no problem.
Now I have a client angry at me for not following through with getting answers to the issue like I said I would.
