Technician came early Sunday morning and got furnace working.

Servicemen here are very knowledgeable, polite, and clean up after themselves. Always able to fit me in within a quick timeframe.

I don't usually do this. But I can't help but brag about the exceptional service we have received from Burkhead heating and cooling.

In August, 1 month after buying our house we lost AC and found out we had a system that is 1/2 the size needed for our home.
They were there the same day, they didn't install this unit. But they treated us like we spent a million dollars with them. Then the next day we had a brand new unit that fit our house and actually worked. I've never slept better in my life.

Then today, we had the upsetting realization our house is 61 degrees and our heat isn't coming on. When I called at 730 pm I was told that someone is going to be here at 9am to fix it. I said that's not necessary that it can wait until the week as it's a Friday night and i own blankets. we don't mind a bit of cold
And I was told that I may not mind but they do and they will have it up and running before noon tomorrow as long as I'm avalible.

If I was famous, I would scream to this entire state to use this company. But I'm not famous so I'm telling all 12 of yall.

Birkhead has always provided prompt courteous service. I recommend them.

I have used Birkhead for almost 10 years for my HVAC system. They have always been so easy to work with. The ladies who answer the phone are so helpful. Yesterday on the hottest day that we have had in a long time, my air-conditioning went out. I called them to see if someone could come and take a look, and there was someone here within an hour! They fixed the issue and my AC was back up and running. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for a locally run business who cares about their clients. I don’t plan to ever switch to another HVAC company!
