Very prompt service after letting him no something wasn't working. He also checked to see if it was under warranty much appreciated.

These people know their business!. Prompt, friendly, and fair. They will fix or repair your equipment, but they will not try to sell you something you don't need. They also talk to you, not at you.

I have been using this company for many years. John & his son give the best customer service every time that I call them. They respond quickly to your calls & come out as soon as they can. It’s difficult to find good customer service these days & someone to trust. I highly recommend them.

I have dealt with several HVAC companies in the past and these guys are by far the most professional. Very nice people. They were very appreciative of my business and it showed. Would definitely recommend!

John and his staff have been great to work with. They installed a new furnace and AC unit at our house and while we have yet to test out the AC, the heat is keeping us toasty. Our latest gas bill came and it was much higher than expected as was the gas usage, even for January. I called John, he connected me with son to schedule a time to come back over and double check there was no issue with the new unit. No issues were found, so we likely used more gas than usual for this time of year. My point is that they were quick to respond and put our minds at ease.
I like to point out we are renting this house, but John and company never once talked down to us like some folks who have come in to do work on the house. Also, we wear masks when anyone outside our bubble comes in and we always appreciate those who will do the same coming in. The first time John Jr. came over for the initial look at the furnace he saw we had masks on and immediately put his on. It may seem silly or overkill to some but either way it shows me they’re very accommodating, and we appreciate that.

I would give Bluegrass Heating & Cooling more than five stars if it were possible. John Noe and his son just installed a new furnace and heat pump for me. I can’t speak highly enough about them and the quality and professionalism of their work. They arrived when expected, and completed work in the time frame quoted. They were a pleasure to work with. Both were pleasant, respectful, and careful of my property. When work was complete they left everywhere neat and tidy. I will definitely recommend them to anyone needing the services they provide.

They installed the AC at the home I recently rented but forgot to fill it with refrigerant or drain it. They have been back out twice to fill the system but it still won't cool the house. It gets hotter in here then it is outside. They are very rude and leave without checking their work or telling you anything. Don't waste your time. Told my friends at DFH HVAC who was fixing my AC and they told me it wouldn't work before bluegrass was even done "fixing" it last time. Two of the other reviews on here are by employees of the place. Frauds
