The technician Jacob was a very polite well mannered young man. He did an excellent job in a reasonable amount of time. Have been using Chapmans for 7 years. Never a complaint. Wonderful company to work with.

Would’ve given six stars but could only give five. Excellent service and professionalism. Chapman is now our go-to HVAC company.

We are long time Chapman customers and have never been disappointed ! They are responsive, professional, on time and honest. I also appreciate the fact that they retain good employees, it’s nice to know that Carly is going to answer the phone, if I need an estimate I will talk to Judd and when it’s time for service Warren will be here with a smile!

I have been using Chapman for several years and I’m always impressed with their professional and quality service. Myles McClure performed maintenance recently and advised me that my air-conditioning needed to be replaced. He walked me through in detail several options for both AC and full replacement of AC and heating. He was informative and gave me all the answers I needed. There was no high-pressure sales tactics and no sense that he was rushing me in my decision making process. It was a good experience. I took my time received three other quotes and ultimately opted to do full heating and air replacement through Chapman. Chris Constant completed the installation and did an excellent job. Prompt and professional. It was a great experience overall!

Warren is absolutely amazing! He was extremely thorough and walked us through his inspection explaining every detail to us. He was very professional and knowledgeable. If you need someone to come help you, he’s your guy. We have had others come out from Chapman, as well, and they were alway great. We highly recommend this company!

12/1/23 Michael did a great job. They connected my humidifier to the new thermostat and now everything is controlled by the new thermostat all in one place. I got business cards to share with two new neighbors.

7/17/23 we kept having problems with the thermostat, so the technician, Alex, decided it needed to be replaced. He ordered a new thermostat and board, and installed it the following Monday. Everything seems to be going great now! Thanks Alex for persistency in getting this problem solved.

7/5/23 My thermostat wasn't turning off at my preset temperature, so I called Chapman Heating and Cooling. They called right back and sent Alex out same day. He made some adjustments and I think everything is great now. As usual, Alex was polite and courteous. Nice guy to work with!

5/31/23 Alex came right on time, did a great job and was extremely pleasant to have in my home. I highly recommend Chapman Heating. They were also great about rescheduling around my dog's sudden Vet appointment. 😊

2022, We had a new furnace installed with new thermostat that I love because it also gives the weather for the week. Furnace is quiet and runs lovely. Chapman stayed until we got the system working exactly like we wanted. Plus, Karly made sure our new furnace was registered so we got a full warranty!! I wasn't expecting that at all. Very considerate! Then during a sudden heat wave we discovered our AC wasn't working right. Chapman came ASAP and fixed it right up. Yesterday was my regular AC maintenance and Miles Amos did an excellent job, washed my outside unit totally clean from grass and debris. Very polite and professional. I was especially glad he was willing to wear a mask inside my house without even being asked, because I catch viruses easily. Not many people bother anymore like that. Once again, I highly recommend Chapman Heating and Cooling. I've used them since 2018 and I'm always pleased with their response to our needs.

A huge shout-out to Darren for performing our annual furnace maintenance. He was available, punctual and thorough. He also displayed respectful behavior with his cleanliness throughout the job. We chose Chapman for a reason. Their technicians never disappoint!

This has been the best experience we’ve ever had with a HVAC company. We purchased a home with a faulty AC system and it’s needed more work than we expected. The problems were intermittent so they were challenging to diagnose, but Chapman has been so wonderful to work with. Warren is always happy, professional, easy to talk to, and explains the problems to us in a way we can understand. There are never any hidden costs or pop up fees- we know exactly what we are paying for (which is more than we can say about those big chain companies we initially had out to look at the system). We’re so grateful to have found this Chapman and will be using them indefinitely.

My AC recently quit working. After diagnosing a bad compressor Chapman promptly sent Warren on the next business day with a new one. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional about the installation. My unit was up and running again in very little time. Thanks Chapman for the great service and sending a very experienced tech to do the job.

The team at Chapman are great to deal with. From the office staff to the field technicians, everyone I've dealt with is friendly and knowledgeable. They communicate amazingly! Each field tech that I've dealt with over the last 10 years has been well trained, courteous, and great to work with. I'm not sure how they do it, but they have a great model. I'd highly recommend Chapman for all your HVAC work.

Wil Chapman did a great job with my emergency HVAC repair. Submitted a request on Saturday evening and they were out by noon on Sunday. Can’t ask for anything more.
