motor on my 1 year old furnace went bad. had 1 company come quote the repair it was going to be 800. with part covered on warranty. i called divine they had a person out that morning checked it out left to get replacement motor and was back hour later. replaced it and cost 250. with the part under warranty. the company is very polite and easy to deal with. technician was very helpful and quick. id recommend this company anytime

I was referred to Devine Services from a friend of mine. Our furnace has being shutting down at night. Waking up to no heat. I had two other heating companies try and troubleshoot, with no luck. When I called Devine I explained the situation in detail and asked if they would mind sending their top troubleshooting technician. Not only did they not mind me asking they stated their tech would coming right away. I was skeptical due to no one being able to solve the issue we were having, but also enthusiastic.

Within an hour Glen showed up at my house and started troubleshooting with me. He went through every piece of hardware on the unit until he found the issue! I will not bore you by going into detail, but I will say he spent some time diving into my furnace. He not only found the issue he spent time understanding my system and my home. After getting the parts he need to resolve the issue, he spent more time fine tuning my system to high efficiency. Glen and I spent nearly an hour just going over all the details of what I can do to make this unit last. I was so impressed with his knowledge, patience, and attitude.

I stated earlier that I had two other heating companies come, and try and diagnose the issue. The first did nothing and said the unit was just dirty and charged me $190. The second came spent the majority of the time explaining to me the unit was good enough to support my house and then went on to tell me the unit was emitting CO2 (which was completely false). He then stated I needed to spend $1600.00 on a new "inducer." This is when I felt I was in need of referrals.

Devine Services charged me $675.00 to solve the issue, replace the part, (which I went ahead and asked to replace the sister parts due to age), and fine tuned my entire system including testing temp, humidity, zones, etc..

Glen was top notch, and I am pleased to say he encouraged me to call and ask for him if I needed any further help.

Divine services is awesome. I've been working with Darin and his team for a few years now. They are very knowledgeable and great to work with. Before I met Darin it was hard to find a good reliable HVAC company that's straight forward and honest. They are by far the best HVAC company in town. Great job Darin and Team!

I hired this company to replace my 22 year old HVAC system with a new high efficiency heat pump unit. They replaced everything except for the duct work. They completed the job in one day. They hauled off the old system and cleaned up after themselves after the work was complete. They were very friendly and courteous. I had been quoted a price for just replacing my AC and coil from another company and they beat that quote by $2500. I told them that I wanted all new since the furnace was really old as well so they gave me several options to choose from. I chose to go with a high efficiency heat pump with a propane backup. Glad that I went with this company. Its been 2 weeks and we have had heat near 100 for several days in a row and my thermostat has not moved off of 72 yet.

Worth the wait. These guys are experts. We have three units and 10 LG heads. They were able to diagnose AND fix on the first visit!!! That’s very rare these days. We are up and running for the louisville heat wave.

Oh my goodness was this an answer to prayer! Had another person do the job and sorry but an I fished job can really cost you! It did us- almost three weeks without air, excuse after excuse - then to find out the safety was not on - oh the list goes on-
Shared my dilemma with a friend and they called Divine - they came that day showed all the issues and were at my house the next day with a new unit - spent 7 hours doing excellent work and cleaned up as well !
Then even took care of some of the errors left from the other guy! All in all it was a Devine experience!
Jovante worked long and hard and Joe was a delight as he made sure it was all done well!
On top of all of that they had grace for the errors of a fellow technician! Who does that ?

Darin and the team at Divine Services are very good at what they do. The property management company I work for uses them at all of our properties across Louisville (10 properties) and I use them at my personal residence. They are always quick to respond. I've had 2 different techs at my home for repairs and both were very professional and took the time to explain what they were doing on my HVAC unit, and showed me the root cause of the issues. I will never use another HVAC contractor as long as I live in Louisville. Great folks there at Divine Services! Give them a shot; you won't be disappointed.

Our AC unit quit working on Monday, and I called Divine Services. I was told that they would be able to come by on Wednesday. I received a call on Tuesday where they said they would be by between 2 - 4 PM. They arrived on time and had the unit up and running within an hour. Asked about the cost to replace the entire unit and I was pleasantly surprised of the estimate. I will be calling Divine Services in a couple of months, to install a new HVAC system!

Divine Services came out right away to inspect my unit at 3707 KAHLERT Ave. here in Louisville. The technician was professional, friendly, and very trustworthy. I had gotten a quote from another company that was nearly double what Divine services told me the job would cost. I believe Divine services gave me a very fair price, they explained everything clearly, and made me feel confident I was in good hands. Their quick response and honest approach saved me lots of money and stress. I would highly recommend Divine services to anyone in Louisville, looking for reliable and affordable heating and cooling services. Thank you everyone who helped us out!!!

Shaun with divine did an amazing job for us at our apartment. Came out on a weekend to get our AC back up and running and also was able to figure out our Heat Problem the next day in no time. Highly recommend
