Element Air came out the same day I called to give me an estimate. Jayden was extremely helpful and nice. He talked me through everything we needed to have done and had me on the schedule for those services before he left. The day of the services were to be done Taylor and Tyler showed up and got started right away. The were both very friendly and knowledgeable. They explained what they were doing and even took pictures of things I couldn't get in to see. I would 1000% recommend Element Air to anyone!

Jaden was wonderful and went above and beyond to help us on the coldest day of the year. Will definitely recommend

These guys are the real deal codey Mazzoni was here before schedule walked me through everything as far as repairs went. We sat down and discussed all options long term short term and he gave me a customer opinion if this was his home what would he do !! Amazing 🤩 I couldn’t be more pleased with the services provided and the communication they had every stage throughout the process of their services!! I would highly recommend using element air for any and ALL your hvac needs my house was hot 🥵 at noon today and 70 degrees this evening !! 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Give them a call I promise you won’t be left in the heat !!!

Tyler and Taylor C crushed it. Extremely courteous and friendly around my family. No wasted time, they took care of the issue and resolved quickly. I would absolutely call Element Air out again if I ever needed service or equipment. I was using a very popular company in Jeffersonville and their level of service and doesn't compare. I regret not calling Element sooner.

They arrived on time, very polite and professional. They explained everything that they did. They showed me how to operate remote and explained filter cleaning and when maintenance is needed. I would definitely recommend.

Air went out early in the morning, made a call to Element Air and Jaden showed up around mid-day and was able to quickly repair our unit and get it up and running. Jaden was very professional and explained everything he was doing. Highly recommend!

This company is amazing. I had an appt scheduled for Friday and they called to give me the option for them to come a day sooner. Although i could not accept that offer they showed up bright and early and examined my system and share what their findings were along the way. Great service and reasonable price and I am will definitely refer others to them and will be a repeat customer.

Jayden at Element Air was quick, courteous, and clear. He explained what he was doing, what it would cost, and what he did when it was done. Then sent a full summary with pictures. I’ll definitely call them the next time I need service.

Elemental is simply amazing. I called on a Thursday morning because my AC went out. The earliest they could fit me in was the following Tuesday, but within an hour they called back to let me know they had reworked some things and were able to help me the same day! The tech was extremely knowledgeable and had the issue fixed in about 30 minutes. Their entire organization is extremely professional and I will definitely be spreading the word.

We couldn't be happier with the service we received from Anthony and his team. We were in need of a new furnace and A/C system. I called Element on Thursday afternoon, Anthony was out that day and quoted a new system for us and at 8AM on Friday our new system was being installed. We received several quotes and Elements' quote was thousands cheaper than everyone else. Anthony made sure EVERYTHING was perfect during the installation. If you need a new system THIS IS THE PLACE TO CALL! You won't be disappointed. Anthony cares about his customers and the quality of service his team provides. Best experience ever!! Best HVAC service we have had, quick to show up and goes straight to the issue. I would highly recommend them. We have had the same service guy twice, Jayden W., I like that because he was familiar with our units.

Was looking to replace our HVAC system and Element came through! Spoke with Anthony on a Monday and install was completed by Tyler and Jayden on Friday! Superior work! And super nice guys who were challenged by such a small space to work! Thanks to both of them and Anthony!

We've had a couple of issues of recent but Anthony and Jayden always step up and take care of it!

The furnace in my 98 year old grandmother's home went out right before a large winter storm. Element Air Heating and Cooling came in in the middle of the afternoon and replaced her furnace before the end of the day. Will definitely use them again..

This was for a routine checkup for the furnace. The technician that came Gabriel Wolney was professional and polite, he took the time to explain what he was checking and why. Element Air is lucky to have techs like Gabriel. Don Rowe
