Henry’s Heating & AC went above and beyond when it comes to their customer service. They immediately brought space heaters to us when heat went out. And Logan was able to diagnose and fix the problem in a timely order. I will definitely use them in the future!

My AC stopped working on a hot, humid day. The AC company that I usually use was booked solid for 6 days. I tried asking for quotes using the Thumbtack app, and Logan called me as soon as I hit send. He fixed my problem that very same day with great skill and customer service for a fair price. I now have a new AC guy.

I had Logan out to look at our system that we had been having trouble with. He went thru our system and discussed our options . He let us know that we didnt need a new system and could have some repairs done but we opted to have it replaced an we are sure glad we did. The price was excellent ,the job they did was clean and they was thorough on keeping us up to date on each step and how long it would take. The customer service was top notch and i would recommend them to anyone who has hvac issues. They came recommended to me by a neighborhood social media group. We are definitely happy customers and will only use them moving forward

Henry’s Heating and Air provided excellent professional service. They responded in a timely manner, provided the service they stated and were very personable. We are very pleased with our new units, both furnace and air and would highly recommend them.

I can't begin to tell you how amazing these guys are! Logan and his father worked hard to get our new AC/heater/humidifier in just in time before the heat. Not only that, but they worked without distracting me (I work from home), fixed and made new vents to fix the ramshackle job that we currently had, and left us with an amazing AC that not only delivers but I can tell will last the test of time.
The initial diagnosis and estimate was thorough and honest. These guys were legit, didn't lie or make us feel like we were being up sold, and took the time to walk us thru the problems we needed to address and the possible solutions. Yes, these things cost money but the product, installation, and care/service you will get is MORE than worth it. I'd give them six stars if I could!

Logan was great. Initially I Submitted a request after hours for an AC problem and he came the next morning at 8am. Listed what was going on and offered a repair or replace price. Was straightforward and did not push me in either direction. Ultimately ended up replacing the AC with them. They arrived quickly and completed everything in one day. Professional, friendly and answered any questions I had on the unit and the processes that were used. Would absolutely recommend them and will be using them moving forward.

Our AC had leaked Freon and it couldn’t keep up with the summer heat. The house felt like a sauna so we called Henry’s and thankfully he arrived the same day! Very reasonable prices compared to Bryant’s and they won’t pressure you into services you don’t need. Bryant’s techs are always trying to get us to finance a new unit, no matter how small our issues are. Henry’s heating and cooling all the way going forward!

After calling two companies and receiving two quotes to have standby generator installed I called Henry’s. They came out same day and provided quote. The quote was very reasonable and they even walked me through the entire install process . I moved forward and the new generator was installed two days later.

My heating was acting up, Logan came out within in an hour and diagnosed the problem within in 20 minutes with his high tech electrical equipment. I also requested an install for a thermostat as mine was 20 years old and wastes a lot of energy. The wiring was not sufficient for a new WiFi model so he had to run an extra wire behind the wall, which was done within 45 minutes. Very satisfied with my experience and I would recommend Henry’s to anyone because I felt very comfortable with the professionalism and determination to help me get my heat on during one of the coldest days of the year so far. Logan worked after hours (till 10pm) to get everything fixed and installed after having multiple other jobs during the day. He could have just pushed it to the next day, but chose to get the work down that day. Highly recommended.

Took care of me fairly promptly when my cooling went out. Explained costs up front and was fair in that regard. I will definitely go to them again if I have further HVAC issues or when I look to get my system replaced.

Your attention to detail and personalized service is second to none. I highly recommend Henry's Heating and Air to anyone in the Louisville and surrounding counties that are looking for personalized HVAC service and installation. You will get the owner of the company and/or his son for service calls and installation. It's really hard to find this level of service and commitment in the service trade. It's certainly a rarity these days as most companies outsource the work to hourly employees that often do not have the best interest of the homeowner in mind or the experience to go along with it, rather they're trying to get the job done as quickly as possible all while sacrificing quality.

We had a bad experience with a much larger company a couple of weeks prior to finding Henry's. Henry was nice enough to clean up the mess of another company and make things right. He always kept us in the loop during the installation process and made several suggestions that gave us the results we were looking for. Our unit was located in a very hot attic at the time of service yet this did not deter these guys from completing the job by the book. I'm big on details and little things like flowing nitrogen through the lineset before brazing and wrapping the valves with a cold rag to protect them from the heat are things that I look for and they did it all. These are the things that will allow your HVAC system to provide a long service life.

We had a funky exhaust flue that was made worse by the other company and Henry's HVAC fixed this along with making sure everything would pass an inspection that he scheduled. If another company isn't willing to schedule an inspection on your behalf, then they're probably not confident in their craftsmanship. By the time Henry and Logan completed the job I felt like I had known these guys for half my life. Truly personalized HVAC service at its finest is an art that is slowly being lost in the service trade. Their responsiveness, punctuality and pricing were right on point for the value of service that was provided. I feel that we definitely got our money's worth all while increasing the value of our home as our AC unit finally matches the specs of our house and the difference is amazing! We received quality service throughout!

We look forward to having Henry's Heating and Air handle all our HVAC needs. We were lucky to find these guys and really happy that we did. 5 stars from this happy customer!
