John Waters techs are great and the pricing is reasonable. Just serviced my new home and found a capacitor that was on the edge. He didn’t push to replace it but I want to prevent problems.

Love the honesty I have seen in their techs for the 10 years I have used them in Louisville.

Arrived on time; clean cut and friendly. Listened to me, explained things and followed up on my questions. An unexpected but much appreciated action was that he put on shoe covers before coming in the house. That is a professional courtesy. Good experience with the scheduling ladies at the office.

Heating system quit - called John Waters Company about 9:30 PM - I have maintenance agreement with them - received call back about 10 PM - arranged with technician to come in morning to check system. He arrived about 9 and fixed system. Recommended to replace heat exchanger. Technician arrived few days later and replaced it. Excellent service/ competent and reassuring technician -John Abell.

Have always got a good experience with Waters. On time and professional workers get work done and have all equipment with them to complete the work in 1 visit. I recommend this company to save you time and peace of mind knowing the work done is good and correct. You might find the cost a bit higher - but its well worth it to avoid issues with other off-brand providers.

John Waters team was quick to answer, schedule, and visit. John, our service tech, was very professional and knowledgeable. We had our AC unit cleaned and a new maintenance plan in place in an hour. Couldn't be more pleased. Definitely recommend to others.

I actually found this company when my mom had work done in he house and she was very happy with their service, professionalism and excellent attitude of the guys that came out and did the work and she is rarely happy with technicians but she likes John Waters Inc. So when I needed some electrical work done I called them and they're the best electrical company that I have dealt with, so far. I got quotes form only him because all the others could not get to me for at least a week. John Waters Inc was there the next business day and the owner came to make sure that everything was done correctly. I was shocked when I got the bill because it was way less than I expected. I was extremely pleased with John Waters. Joe, the technician, was thorough, diligent, and able to explain the problem with my unit. He fixed it the least expensive way he could, while also warning me to keep an eye on it and what it might need in the future. Also I was very appreciative of the fact that he was able to come the day I called, with very hot weather in the near forecast. I will never use any other HVAC company than John Waters.

Heat went out overnight during a cold snap, and John Waters was there first thing in the morning. Two days later, I had a brand new furnace. Service was quick, easy, and everything was communicated well. I would now consider myself a loyal customer and will always use their services!

I needed some HVAC work done to replace a poorly insulated duct that had started to rust. The estimation process was very quick and the pricing reasonable. The crew that came to make the repairs was courteous, professional, and efficient.

We lost our power due to a tree limb,we called John Waters and they were very quick and attentive on getting the issue resolved so that the power could be restored. They were very kind and courteous and would highly recommend them for any work you need to be done. And I appreciate that they followed up the next day to see if everything was done to our satisfaction.

Dyer, Mark, and the rest of the team that worked on our home did an excellent job. They were courteous, punctual, and hard working. They ensured everything was cleaned up before they left each day and clearly communicated next steps throughout the process.

Excellent service! My air conditioner went out over Father’s Day weekend and it was 90 degrees in the House! I checked with my home warranty and the company they referred me to said they could not come out for 5 days! I decided to contact John Waters and they came out and fixed the air conditioner for a very reasonable price within 3 hours. I am very happy with there service and would refer anyone to them.

John Waters team came to my home yesterday. I called late Tuesday and was scheduled for first run appointment the next day. They trouble shot wires at several outlets within my kitchen one of which was affecting my refrigerator from not operating. They were able to correct problem. Received excellent service. I recently had my Bryant HVAC show a code on a Sunday Evening. My unit is barely two years old so I was distraught over what could possibly be wrong. One of their technicians came right out that evening and worked diligently to find the cause only to say it needed more deep investigation. The next morning I didn't have to call about a follow-up as Cassidy from service called me. She stated she would be sending technician Marcus out. Marcus came out and after investigating believed it could be my compressor ( I was floored in disbelief because of the age of the unit-it's new). The next obstacle was locating a replacement compressor but Cassidy searched and found one ( she was fantastic). Marcus came back out and before taking the old compressor off, he and Cassidy had did more investigating and even contacted Bryant about the code and found another possible reason for the code and our HVAC's problem. Marcus came out and replaced our Inverter board and wow blessed us! He was absolutely amazing and so gracious! John Water's is such a family oriented company whose employees care about their customers and always put in the extra effort to ensure everything works and you're completely satisfied. Please give them a call because you won't regret it. You find better service is John Waters. Thank you Marcus and Cassidy!

I've been a customer of John Waters for many many years. My experience has been great from the first service call. From the initial call to their office, to every department within, this company has been top notch. I have a service agreement with them, which I think serves me well. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

John Waters does a very thorough job inspecting our HVAC system. They've been doing this for us for about 20 years now, and we highly recommend them for your HVAC needs!

They did a great job of locating the problem with our AC and quick to get the parts to fix. They were also awesome with actually explaining things and showing what they are talking about which makes everything more reassuring. Jason was great!

I have used John Waters a few times including for systems inspection when I purchased my home, and I cannot say how appreciative I am for the professionalism! Tim & his team always take the extra step especially when it comes to the explanation of the problem and how to proceed. Always arrive within given time window. My wife, young son, and I have always felt comfortable & pleased with them. On a 99 degree day I’m very happy to have my a/c issue resolved!!
