Brian Alvrey has now serviced my house twice. Both times he did an exceptional job. I will continue to use Maeser as long as I can use Brian he does a great job and is very trustworthy.

I needed a new HVAC system for my home. The sales manager gave me good advice and options. The very next day the team installed the new system in just a few hours. They were courteous and efficient. I am very pleased with the results.

Had technician out to service a commode and a in wall tub tub faucet, both 22 years old. My technician Steve Flatt was was knowledgeable and answered any questions that I had. Unfortunately, due to the age of both of the items he was servicing it took longer than anticipated, but Steve stuck with it fixed everything to my satisfaction and with a smile on his face. Jon well done.

I had a toliet leak that needed to get fix. I called on a Saturday night after 6 and had someone out shortly after. Doug was very professional and worked quickly. He did a great job and would recommend this company to anyone.

These folks are awesome!!! I’m a retired builder and they did my work for years and when I needed them for a water heater that went down they sent Freddie out in a couple hours and he was professional knowledgeable and explained everything he did to get us going again as well as wheat to expect when we need to replace the water heater in the future. Great experience!

Nick was a professional! We had a massive leak that we were unable to locate. He came, helped locate the issue, came up with a fix and explained everything he was doing as he did it. He also offered some great tips to help deal with future issues. Highly recommended!

Keaton was professional and punctual. Explained what was likely wrong. He explained the best option to fix it and pointed out potential things that could go wrong during the fixing process. I was very comfortable with the repair process

I very rarely take the time to write a review, but my experience with Cody Reuber was absolutely genuine. He made it a goal to prioritize having my family’s needs met, and in so doing has made me into a Maeser customer. I will recommend Maeser to anybody after an experience like this so long as they employ people like Cody. He is truly an asset to the company and brings a good name and reputation to Maeser.

Wasim was the nicest person I’ve ever had service my home. He kept calling me sir, answered all my questions promptly, and gave me a TON of knowledge. He mentioned he has a big family at home. Make sure you take care of this man, he isn’t worth losing. Time for a raise. I will be a returning customer and requesting him for future projects.

Wasim was great! Friendly and fast. He was able to get out to our house in 30 min on a Sunday and finished in under 1 hour. Dispatch was also very helpful and friendly! Customer service is top-notch.

Very impressed with the job Tyler did when my bathtub and toilet backed up. He quickly discovered that tree roots had damaged a section of my sewer line and explained my drains would keep backing up until that section was replaced. When I asked him to proceed with the job, he dove right into it and finished in just a few hours. He left my landscaping just like he found it (put everything back exactly the way it was, which I appreciated). He was professional, knowledgeable and polite. I had called two other plumbers who still haven't gotten back to me, but Maeser responded immediately on a Sunday and came the next morning. Overall, it was a totally positive experience and I feel the price for the work was reasonable. I'll definitely use Maeser again!

Used Maeser plumbing multiple times and always had such a great experience! Jim K is so knowledgeable and an incredible resource! Definitely plan to continue to work with Jim and Maeser plumbing in the future! Can’t recommend enough!

Maeser is the best, and Shaun is the best with Maeser! He literally came out in under an hour after I called about not having hot water in our kitchen faucet during the current long cold snap. He diagnosed (quickly) and fixed (not quickly and not cheaply, but it was involved) the problem, offered solutions for preventing it for the next cold snap, and we were done in about 2 1/2 hours. I can't recommend Shaun (and Maeser of course!) highly enough. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and offering a world of important advice for heading off problems in the future.

Joe was great. He was friendly, efficient, and advised me well on all my questions. I felt we were in good hands the entire time. The job was well done and I am very happy

Keaton was extremely helpful with fixing our plumbing issues. We've used Maeser for a few things now and this was by far our best experience. Keaton have a fair price for what he did and was very professional.

Fantastic experience overall. Had a bathroom vanity and faucet installed, the sump pump replaced downstairs, and the water line to my water heater replaced.

Everything was completed in about five hours on the same day. The work was high quality and the team was professional from start to finish. Highly recommend.

William Vincent visited our home on a Sunday for no extra charge. For a very reasonable price he changed out broken pipes & fittings on our water pressure tank. William was friendly, explained everything he was doing, and got it all done quickly & efficiently. We have a new plumber!

Freddie and Kaden were just GREAT!!! They went straight to work, found the problem, fixed it and petted my dogs! They were professional and friendly. Very respectful of my home and even cleaned up the very small mess. I WILL be asking for them the next time I call Maeser!!

What an outstanding experience. Deven was diligent, knowledgeable, engaging and very personable. He diagnosed our situation and with wonderful determination, solved our problems. I could not have been more impressed or happier with his performance.

I was without hot water for 8 days. The property management company I rent from sent a “repairman” out on day 3 of no hot water and he could not fix, he came back on day 5 and still nothing. Even the answering service said being without hot water was not an emergency . So day 8 comes and finally I get a real plumber, John from Maeser. He was wonderful. He assessed the situation, proposed the two options to the property mgmt co and waited for the house owner to make the call. John kept me informed of all that was going on and was very professional. He was kind, friendly and sympathetic to my situation. He gave me a time frame when I would have hot water and was true to his word! Thank you John from Maeser you are wonderful!

Excellent service overall! Very responsive to our emergency - had a guy out in few hours - notified when on the way - identified and took care of the problem - quickly and efficiently - we now have heat again🤓. Good price too - no gouging - so good we joined the annual club!
