I had my A/C go out right before derby and they had me up and going the next day. They left the area cleaner than they found it and haven't had any issues since. The owner was even kind enough to roll my trash cans up the driveway for me. I would recommend them for any HVAC needs!

I WILL RAVE FOREVER ABOUT HOW WONDERFUL OUR EXPERIENCE WITH METRO WAS!! Our AC went out so our landlord hired Metro to replace our unit. Not only were the two fellas who did the job really courteous, but they swept the house when they were done to get rid of their shoe dust, they asked to use our facilities (silly to remark upon but just very thoughtful), and they even informed us that we had a gas leak, which we were unaware of, and turns out we DID have a gas leak. AND now our AC works. Very grateful for such a kind, respectful set of fellas and an upstanding company to do business with.

First time ever to leave a review or make a comment about a company on any platform, but might be helpful for other people. So my furnace stopped working and I had Absolute Services come look at it. Long story short , they quoted me $840 for a little part but highly recommended I go ahead and replace the entire furnace which would have been $3,500.

I told them I’d get back to them and remembered a company that came out last year who seemed very honest called Metro 1 Heating and Cooling and they came out and said it was basically just a loose screw. They fixed it and didn’t even charge me. The price they did quote me on the part was more than half off what other company quoted if I would have needed it.

Here is image of the Absolute services quote for that part that I literally saw on Amazon for $34$. So if you need anything done with your heating or air check out Metro One and save yourself from the scam artists!

Dont waste your time! Terrible customer service - accused me of being rude to their installer over where to park to install a new AC unit! Refused to do the job.
