I can’t recommend this company enough. Our HVAC system went out at the hottest part of the summer. Clark and AJ took care of my family quickly and were so efficient during the process. They had our new system installed in a timely manner and even called to follow up to see how things were going. They genuinely care for their customers and it shows. Please use them for all of your HVAC needs!

I would recommend paul heating and cooling. AJ the technician did a great job! He was very nice and explained everything to me by replacing the blower motor on my furnace. Thanks again!!

AJ and Keith were very nice and professional. They were able to answer any questions that my mom and I had. AJ reached out a couple days later to check on us to make sure we were okay.

You should be ashamed putting bandit signs in our neighberhood

Literally do not waste your time or money. This is THE MOST unprofessional establishment I've ever had to deal with in my life. Let me take you through my WEEK.
Saturday we make a diagnosis appointment with AJ, he comes out the same day but stated he would call Monday at 9:00am to schedule a repair appointment. NOTE the furnace was completely gutted out and left into different pieces on my floor and I have a one year old.
Monday comes and do not hear anything so I call him and he stated that he could come on Tuesday from 10:00am-12:00pm. During this call we discuss that we will have an out of pocket which we agreed to pay.
Tuesday (day of winter storm) 11:00am no call and no repairman. I call to ensure they were still able to make it through the snow, AJ stated he was waiting for someone to pick up the part that was left at THEIR HOME and he would be on his way. 2:00pm rolls around, still no AJ, which means no part, which means no heat. I call back to see when I can expect someone and I am being told that there is no appointment scheduled for us at all by who I assume to be his partner. My husband calls, and speaks with AJ and he tells him that he still needs to make sure he can pick up the part from the store.
Did I lose you? I know, we were confused too. Nothing is making sense. I would also like to reiterate we were not being rude and I’d say extremely patient the entire time. Another note, we’re calling and hearing kids in the background (so if you didn’t have a babysitter because school was out that’s fine but just say that) HECK they could’ve come too if that means my heat could be turned on.
Fast forward, I speak with the partner and he says, He would put us on the schedule for WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON after already explaining that out of pocket was confirmed and we were supposed to have an appointment TUESDAY MORNING! The partner was able to get us an earlier appointment 10:00am-11:00am ON WEDNESDAY.
Wednesday comes, again no word from anyone and we call to see if we will have heat in the middle of this snow storm. They say they’re on their way. Gets there, we pay our out of pocket they leave. Thursday morning, we wake up to no heat. There’s nothing they can do about it, no fixing, no refund, no heat and weather says it feels like negative 2 ! 24 hours means absolutely nothing, just find someone else y’all unless you just want to give money away! -
Heat pump wasn't heating the house. When technician arrived, he saw we had a Google Nest thermostat and immediately said that he's not familiar with those and we might have to get someone else. I convinced him to at least try and fix the heat after showing him how the thermostat works (odd that he didn't know how to operate a smart thermostat). He then proceeded to say it was a wiring issue, did some kind of repair on the unit and said it should be fixed. It was not. The unit the next day was blowing only cold air again.
I then called the company back to have them come out and properly fix it this time. I was told the technician was out sick today but then after pushing them that I need this fixed asap, he suddenly wasn't sick anymore and I was told to await a call from him. He called and told me that in his professional opinion I should replace the whole unit. WHAT?! The unit is only 7 years old!
I immediately called another HVAC company to take a look and they diagnosed and fixed the issue within 30 mins and for only a few hundred bucks.
I would never recommend this company for any HVAC services
