My heat went out yet again, which has been happening almost every year. Alan was very professional and extremely Knowledgeable. He was honest and told me to get an electrician before he fixes it because it could happen to me again down the line. He went above an beyond to fix the problem. Needless to say I called an electrician they fixed one problem and he showed up and fixed my heat right there after. Prime mechanical came out to our house and fixed our AC. We had called another company and they replaced parts that did not fix the problem. Alen came out and diagnosed the problem and actually fixed it. And was a fraction of the cost compared to the other company.
