Production has been serving my home unit for 15 years. I purchased a new unit five years ago. Not a single problem since

Jody and the team at Production Heating & Cooling are AWESOME! I had a system that was 20 years old and just wasn't cutting it anymore. Within a day, Jody was on the scene installing a brand new 95% efficient Amana. Today, it's 92 degrees outside, and my house is ICE COLD.
Highly recommend Production Heating and Cooling! -
Let's start it off with - I will recommend this company to anyone!
Professional from the office to the technician. As I have a clue on what problems can happen and what possible parts need to be replaced by xyz symptoms... The technician Steve, nailed it spot on. He was excellent!!
This is so good to have a company I can trust that will NOT gouge YOU.
When something goes wrong with your HVAC, the worry can hit you hard as to who you can trust. We were very fortunate to have the excellent results with the decision we made with Production.
This is an excellent company to have in your own tool kit.
There are great service plans available and with that comes great mechanics you can trust. Win win.
I will always recommend this company with all five stars. -
This is the best company ever. They are honest and educated. They are efficient and respectful And KIM, in the office was just incredible. She worked very hard to to get us the help from the manufacturer that we deserved. We will never go anywhere else!!

Production did my original installation and have maintained my unit for its entire lifetime. They always do a good job with annual inspections. Their techs are polite and efficient. If there are any issues, they are resolved quickly. They have a strong focus on customer service.

they installed a new unit in my house probably back in 2004. i called them a few times within the last year but their hours of operation are not reasonable. unfortunately with so many other competitors out there, i have to opt for the ones that offer better availability.

The technician that arrived at our house was great but the price for a new AC was RIDICULOUS. I've used Production for HVAC jobs for apartments that I've managed. Typically, pricing is fair and in line with budget. That was nor the case in this situation.

The tech arrived within the service window. He had to go outside to the AC unit. When he returned, he tracked mud across wooden floors on two levels. I thought they usually wore shoe covers. I called the office to tell them what had happened and asked if their techs were to wear shoe covers. I was told "only if a customer requests them". I told her to please mark my account as customer wanting tech to wear shoe covers. Not happy having to clean up after him.

They only have 1 tech and can't do my clean til Jan. I asked is that when I can resume paying for my monthly service.

I scoured through many companies to try to find one that would do A/C repair, not just come out, glance at it and say it needed to be replaced. I paid $70 for a technician to come out, look at it and say it can't be done anything with, because it's frozen. This was on a Friday, so he said to make sure the system is off so it can thaw and the emergency technician will come back tomorrow on Sarurday. When the emergency technician came back, he hooked an inspection box to it and told me it was low, so it must have a leak and need to be replaced. I told him I wasn't interested in replacement, I wanted a repair. He told me no one did (leak) repair, that he could refill the coolant for $455 with no guarantee that it could just immediately dump out or run for a year, the best bet was just to replace the whole thing. I told him I would think about it and sent him on his way. So, I spent $70 to have someone come out tell me it wasn't working, which I already knew, and to just replace the thing, when I wanted a repair from a company that claims to do repairs. I was unhappy about that. The staff were pleasant.

Maybe teach your service techs how to drive.

Don't think they like African Americans.
They must don't want any money.
Don't call them they like to hang up purposely.
BBB REPORT ON THE Way. -
The sales manager guy Brandon is a total troll. I had a transaction with his company, and he told me to go f*** myself over a $5 part. This guy is way off his rocker and definitely shouldn't be in business trying to serve others. I wouldn't trust this crazy in my house. He's like a ticking time bomb waiting to go off at any moment.

My air exchange unit was installed 8 years ago by Production, so I natural called them when my AC started running bad. The minute the guy started looking at the system it was all gloom and doom. "I don't like the looks of that, thats not good, looks like several issues going on here." I was told at the time that the system had a 10 warrantee, but unfortunately no one registered it back in 2011, so no warrantee available. Guy said it would be cheaper to instal a new at $3,141 unit on the inside or $8,695 system for both inside and out. I said let me think about it. He charged me $69 and left. A friend of mine recommended I call a small HVAC business owner he knows, so I did. The guy looked at my system and said he didn't see anything major wrong, but it was low on freon. He said I may have a small leak somewhere, but lets add some freon first and see how long it lasts before we do anything dramatic. There are other options besides replacing the entire unit. He charged me $75 for the freon charge instead of the $165 a lb. Production was charging and everything seems to be working great now. Production Heating and Cooling are not in the business to fix your systems, but only want to charge you an arm and a leg to replace them. Avoid this company at all cost and call a small business owner.
