Fast and responsive! The tech (Todd) is awesome very personable explains eveything in detail great guy! Arrived earlier than quoted! Was cooling off in a jiffy! Didn't even get irritated at my dog and I was irritated with the dog lol.

I really can't say enough about how awesome Quality Heating and Air is. This is the third time they have been out to help me (for 3 unrelated issues) and each time I'm blown away with their customer service.

I tried to call them at 10pm last night when out AC had been out for a while and try hosue was heating up. I got a call back at 8am this morning where they firstly appologized for being busy overnight and said they would send someone right out.

Todd called when he was 30 minutes out and showed up and got right to work. Checked my thermostat, then the HVAC then the outside fan. The issue was a tricky one and Todd made sure to check all possible issues. Even better he was explaining everything along the way so I knew exactly what was going on. He finally found the issue and was able to quickly fox it and joy on joys it was under warranty.

I was so happy with the service I went ahead and scheduled an HVAC service for next week to make sure everything is in tip top shape.

I want to thank Quality Heating and Air and Todd for their quick and friendly help. I'd recommend them to everyone.

AUSTEN was awesome. He got my ac back up and running, despite it being over 30 years old! No Nickle and diming here, he saved my family so much financially as well as peace of mind! I genuinely can not say thank you enough!!

I had my heat go out at the worst time ever but I had a great company come to my rescue and do a speedy change out and upgraded my whole system with a variable speed 2-stage furnace and high efficency heat pump. Much to my delight it also qualities for a tax rebate. I can now relax and enjoy a very comfy cozy home thanks to Quality Heating and Air. It was also a very comforting feeling when the guy that was sent out also wore a picutre ID around his neck so I could quickly identify that he really worked for the company. Here's hats off to Quality for a job well done!

This company was a breath of fresh air after I was scammed by 2 Bryant Heating and Cooling technicians. Bryant Heating and Cooling lied to me stating that my recently purchased furnace's control board was bad and needed to be replaced. They wanted to charge me $649.00 just for LABOR! Tod came over from Quality Heating and Air the next day and informed me the control board was perfectly fine and it was just the limit switch. He got it working for less than a fraction of what Bryant's Heating and Cooling wanted to charge. Quality Heating and Air is now my go to HVAC company and I would highly recommend to anyone needing an honest, affordable HVAC company to hire.

Austin and his team are the BEST! We have been a customer for years and can't say enough about their professionalism, responsiveness and overall knowledge and expertise! Highly recommend!

This company is amazing! I’ve now had 3 different HVAC companies come out to my house and they were the first to be up front and honest and not try to sell me anything. I was expecting to have to spend at least $5000 and now am looking at $0 because of this honest company! Definitely recommend !

Quality HVAC always takes care of us. Recently LG&E sent their contractor out to replace our gas meter (regular maintenance) and the kid on the job said he was not allowed to relight our water heater because of a draft in the flew. Austin came out the same SATURDAY (looking like he already had plans) and he assessed and took care of the problem. He showed me that there was in fact no carbon monoxide leaking (using a high-tech detector) and relit the water heater for us.

These folks are there when you need them and always courteous, respectful and professional. I've used them for everything from spring/fall systems check to replacing an entire AC system in two apartments (at once). They always deliver and never any BS. I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone needing AC services in our area!

This is the best HVAC company I've ever dealt with. They have been servicing my system for several years. Two years ago they installed a new a/c for me and this year a new furnace. They have been very responsive to our needs and helpful and forthcoming with whatever information I requested. They are professional, respectful, and very knowledgable about their craft.

This was the first place I called after reading the good reviews on Google. My elderly parent's AC was not functioning properly and it was a hot day. They were there in less than 3 hours. They did an excellent job and did not try to sell another unit and were very honest. They cleaned the unit and charged it with freon. Highly recommend this place and will be using them in the future for any repairs.

The service was very professional and courteous. I had a gas furnace installed and the installers were very informative, professional and thorough. They had no problems answering my questions and I learned a couple of very valuable insights. The furnace has worked flawlessly :), I highly recommend Quality Heating and Air.

I was so nervous about using a new company because I have had several bad experiences. This company had 5 stars so I tried them out, and I am so glad that I did. My technician's name was Todd and he was bright, bubbly and kind. He was proficient and honest. I am super impressed with this company. :)

Top notch, on time, and great price! They called 10 minutes before arriving and showed me the damage and what needed to be replaced and why. When replacing covered my hardwood floors with canvas and cleaned up after and showed me what I needed to know. All the men working in my home were respectful and friendly.
