Had Robbins come out for A/C that decided to stop working in the hottest part of summer. The technician was excellent and the service was excellent. Very knowledgeable, courteous and very reasonable. I would highly recommend them to all.

I've been a Robbins customer for more than 10 years. When we built our new house, we chose Robbins as our service provider. They are prompt, courteous, and customer-oriented!

Woke up this morning to no heat :( called Robbins and they were here by 930am! And replaced my 30 year old heating unit with a brand new one the same day!!! ...very affordable! Very friendly. Clean and efficient! Loved loved loved Robbins!

AC went out and Robbins came out same day to get us taken care of. Shawn was awesome, friendly and knowledgeable. Will only use Robbins moving forward.

Robbins Heat and Air is a five star business. Family owned and I've been using them for the last 45 years. Fast friendly service. You can bet if you have a heat and air problem these guys will do all they can to fix it. They provide repair of the old or new replacement according to the circumstances.

10 years ago Robbins installed the HVAC on a new 50,000 sq. ft. building for me. The work was top notch. So when my home HVAC system finally kicked the bucket, I called them. I work in the commercial refrigeration industry, so I am more qualified then most to assess good work. David Haddad was my salesman. He read me perfectly and recommended the right system to fit my needs. The installation crew was prompt, courteous, and professional. One way I judge a good crew is when they clean up their work space. This crew left my basement cleaner then when they arrived. They even spotted an issue with my water heater and helped me to address it. I could have gone cheaper, but I wanted the job done right, and that is what I got. It's a pleasure doing business with Robbins.

On a recent 100+ degree day, my neighbor who is handicapped, air conditioner stopped working. Robbins Heating and Air was called and they responded very quickly (within 2 hours). The technician assessed the situation and had the air conditioner running within minutes. With my lack of knowledge in this field, the technician could have easily said it was a more serious problem and charged accordingly. However, he only charge a discounted service run of $65.00. I was amazed, and now will use them exclusively.

Bob & Zane showed up on time last week when my air was down. They were extremely thorough. Turns out I didn’t even need a part, but they did a system check, a major cleaning and got my system going. Professional, friendly, and informative!

In the past couple of years, we've used Robbins to fix our air unit and furnace at our business and our home. The service has been consistently excellent. No BS. We've had bad experiences with other repair services. Robbins has been professional, honest, and actually fixed our problems cheaper than expected. I definitely recommend calling them first.

Had a fan motor go out in central air unit on July 3rd. Service staff was limited due to the observation of the 4th of July holiday business wise. House was getting hot and the temperature was supposed to get into the low 90's that day. I called Bob R and asked him what was the model number of my central air unit as he has worked on it in the past. My plan was to relay that information back to the service department where I had already set up a service call. Not only did he know the model number but he went into the shop on his day off to come over and fix it for me. Bob R is the reason I call Robbins for central air service. Bob R typically does commercial yet went out of his way to help a residential client. Quality person working for a quality company. Many thanks to Bob R and Robbins Heating & Air.

We have been customers of Robbins Heating & Air Conditioning for over ten years for our current house (15 years in our Louisville house). They are very trustworthy, fair, honest, and reliable. The service technicians are knowledgeable and understand our geothermal system. I highly recommend them to anyone searching for a company to maintain their HVAC systems.

This service is amazing! I called them at 9:30 AM, a serviceman arrived at 10:00, and had my heat back on at 10:30! Throughout the time he worked he taught me (a first time home owner) about my furnace and how I can do regular maintenance myself to extend its life. I am so thankful for such awesome, knowledgeable staff and cannot recommend them enough!

Quick, friendly, caught the root issue some of the other people in town missed. Good pricing and will be using them if I ever need more work done.

This company is HONEST and will always work to try and fix your unit. They are reliable and show up when they are called. They are the only company I will use because so many of them just want to sell you a new unit.

A few years ago I had another company try and sell me a new unit and my boss told me about Robbins. I called them and they were able to replace a part. It cost me $150.00 instead of $5,000! I was beyond relieved. Every time they come out they work to fix your unit and take care of you. This is a place you can TRUST!

A fantastic experience, inexpensive, excellent diagnosis skills, professional, this is the AC people you will want. I have a 26 year old system, and the technician described my unit as a tank, and did not try to sell me a new unit! Fantastic, and I love the honesty and advice on keeping my "tank" unit in good shape. I will definitely use them next time.

They are the best Heating and AC company I have dealt with. I had a horrible experience with one of the more commercial companies, and David Haddad helped us choose an AC that was compatible with our new furnace. He gave us an excellent price, and when we recently had some furnace pump issues, the technicians were courteous, on time, explained everything, and didn't charge us an arm and a leg. I will sing the praises of this company for many many years.

We called them about 4pm the day before Thanksgiving and they were to our home very quickly. They discovered the problem and had it fixed within an hour and were very reasonable on their pricing. I cant tell you how nice they were and how fearful we are that they were able to get to us so fast the day before a major holiday.
