Amazing!! Stivers was recommended to me by my niece when my AC went out on one of the hottest days of the year. Prompt communication and service and turns out not as expensive as expected!! Will definitely use again!!

My parents used Stivers before I moved back to Louisville and I have been using them, myself, for close to 30 years. They are always prompt and courteous. We maintain a service contract and they have installed several new systems for us through the years. I highly recommend them.

Over the years Stivers has replaced our AC and now our furnace, they have also done work for me at my mother's house. They have always done a great job and left the area cleaner than they found it. Great service, on time and very nice folks. On big purchases I always get other estimates and Stivers prices are very competitive. I can't recommend them enough and have recommended them to friends who always come back to tell me what a good job they did.

Stivers installed our furnace and air conditioning system 7 years ago. Air conditioning quit working yesterday and we called Stivers at 10pm last night to have them come out and check it out, the tech was here first thing this morning on a Sunday and had my air running again within the hour. The tech was a first class professional and we will always call Stivers for service because they are honest and dependable and we know we can count on them for great service when we need them.

If I tried very hard to say anything negative about Stivers, I would be very hard pressed to do so. The epitome of professionalism, fair prices, immediate response as needed. Billy Stivers is simply the best!

Continued excellent service from Stivers. They are prompt and extremely professional. We have been using them for about six years and have never been disappointed. We've never had a disappointing visit with any of their service techs or installation crew (as we just had a new system installed a couple of months ago). They are simply the best we've ever used.

I have used Stivers for many years on some commercial work as well as residential work and they have always done a great job plus they are very pleasant to work with.

I was able to get a tech to my home in a short amount of time. He diagnosed the issue and was done within the hour. Also, took the time to educate me on my air system. Stivers will be my "go to" from now on.

Stivers heating and air is an excellent company. I have been with them several years now. I recently had them replace my 24 year old ac unit. They did an awesome job. There work was exceptional. I wouldn’t think of using anyone else.

Donnie came late in the day and made sure my air conditioner was in working shape for me and answered all my question helping understand what is happening with my unit. Luckily for me it was an easy repair at a good price. I definitely recommend and will use them if I have a need in the future.

My experience was exceptional! The person who answered the phone was kind and efficient,she sent out a worker quickly. Donnie showed up and completed the work in a timely manner for a fair price. My air conditioner went out on one of the hottest days we’ve had. The time from the first call I placed until the work was done was literally only about 45 minutes. Honest and professional company!!

I have used Stivers Heating and Air for maintenance on my existing AC and when it went out on the hottest week of the year I turned to them for a new unit. Best decision that I could have made. They got me a new Ac and coil installed shortly thereafter. The guys did a great job on the install. Replaced everything old with new. My house is cool again and more efficient.

I called on Stivers for an emergency AC diagnostic appointment when my unit stopped unexpectedly. They were able to fit me in the next day (other companies couldn't come out for a week). They called ahead of arriving and came within the window they had quoted. I needed a new unit and was able to order easily and directly through them. All interactions with their office and techs were professional and positive. They were able to install the new unit two days later and a week out (with high temps), it's working well. Highly recommend!
