Only company that I will refer others too and the only one that I will call. This is my 4th time using the Wright family to perform service/repair on one of my 3 units at my house and they always show up when they say, quickly determine and fix the problem the right way. You can trust Scott Wright and his crew to be fair, honest and dependable.

The best boiler service and install company around. They make themselves available after the job to answer and questions that may come up. Great price, great service. I highly recommend them. Donnie knows boilers as well as anyone in the business.

I had a wonderful experience working with Scott, Heather and Donnie to get my HVAC issue diagnosed/taken care of, super fast appointment, Donnie called me when he was on his way, and arrived exactly when he said that he would, super knowledgeable and explained things so that i could understand. I had wright mechanical at my house because my air conditioner wouldn't work. They came almost immediately and quickly fixed my A/C. I just wanted to say thank you for the fast repairs, the minimal cost, and great customer service. I will recommend to all my family friends and I will use them anytime I have a problem they can fix!!

Man what an experience…. Thanks a bunch .. they came out and checked my ac unit on a weekend , then found out we had a bad compressor .. had me a very reasonable quote on Monday and then had a unit installed by Thursday…. Very impressive… Thanks Scott , Tommy and crew … awesome job

Would like to say Donny Satterly was Awesome he came out on 4th July weekend to look at my mother AC unit since it was out tried to get it working but since it had a pipe that needed to be replaced couldn’t but he made sure that the part was ordered and kept me informed of when it was to be in during the week. He arrived 1st thing this morning and had the unit working within a couple of hours!! I would recommend this company and Donny for sure he has been Awesome!!

Wright Mechanical came highly recommended from friends and now we can see why! Anthony was pleasant, clean, and explained everything he was doing while servicing and repairing our air conditioner. Fantastic customer service!

Our air quit working. Called another company to come assess the problem. They told us we needed a new unit. Their estimate was outrageous (starting at $5200-5800). They couldn't give us an exact dollar amount until after the work was completed. There aren't many people who can afford to throw caution to the wind when it comes to money so that was intimidating and overwhelming. Called Wright and they quoted a price over the phone for a new unit ($3500). They were at our house and had the new unit installed within a few hours. Very reasonable. Honest & upfront. I would highly recommend them.

I would really like to thank the guys at Wright Mechanical. They were friendly and showed up right away and did not try to push anything on me I did not need. My furnace went out and they showed up on a Sunday. I really thought that I would have to buy a new furnace but Scott showed up and figured out that all I needed was a new circuit board. He could have easily pushed a whole new system on me but he did not. It is hard to find honest people and appreciate their candor and the way they do business.

Had some issues at first but Scott and Anthony made things better the third visit out. Those two guys are awesome. Thank you guys for turning an upset customer to a very happy one. I will be recommending this company. They went above and beyond to help me out. Sucks I have to get a new outside unit but knowing a great guy will be putting it in, makes things better. Thanks again.

I have been using Wright Mechanical for 20 years and recommended them to everyone I know. They are extremely professional and have very reasonable prices, but most importantly, they are HONEST AND TRUSTWORTHY! Their word is as good as gold! I made the Wright call and you should too!

Donnie arrived on time and was awesome. He took the time to explain the different types of contracts of service Wright Mechanical offers and no pressure as to which one to purchase. Everyone is very friendly and courgeous from the owner, technician and receptionist to talk with.

Donny came out to give me a quote on some duct work we thought we needed. He ended up calling his team to do all of the necessary calculations and determined we didn’t actually need what we thought we did. Saved us a ton of money. It’s hard to find people and businesses that operate with honesty and integrity rather than simply being driven by profits. I would absolutely recommend Donny and Wright Mechanical.

We just moved back to Louisville and bought a house with a boiler system that we didn’t know anything about. I had to call 4 different heating & cooling companies before I found someone that is licensed to work in boilers. Wright Mechanical sent Donny, whom seemed very knowledgeable and walked me through everything. Sure enough, the boiler was leaking water when we turned it on so I’m glad I called this guy! Highly recommend this local company!

Mike from Wright Mechanical H & A came out to service my air conditioner to get it ready for the season. He was friendly, professional, and responsive my my needs and concerns. I have been using Wright since they installed a furnace system 18 months ago. I would definitely recommend this business for your HVAC needs!

Wright Mechanical Services scheduled me same day I called for no heat coming from furnace issue. Mike arrived right on time, diagnosed the problem quickly and completed the job in a timely manner.

They have been great for us twice. Once for an odd request from our buyer's agent and then replacing an AC at our new house. Very nice, on time, professional and explains things well. Anthony even had someone call us from a bank to talk about financing options.

Showed up on time after great communication and only an hour after I called telling them my furnace not working.
Technician did not try to sell anything extra, just replaced a broken part. Gave me some advice on better maintenance on equipment for longer life.
They did same thing last year when my A/C stoped working.
I’m very happy and very satisfied, highly recommend.
