Very responsive and follows up promptly something I have never experienced with previous companies. The quality of the cleaning is exceptional and also better than received from prior companies, not to mention the friendliness and professionalism from the employees I have interacted with.

I have been using Corvus for almost four years. We were having so many problems with our own staff, this made our decision easy. I am not going to say everything is perfect, but when any problem arises, Corvus reacts then and gets the issue corrected. My Corvus staff here at HOTI is as close to me as family. They make my job much easier.

Corvus is the best! I interviewed several cleaning companies before making the decision. Tiffany won me over with her thorough explanations and attention to detail for our 40 unit NULU condo building. Five floors and a large commons area are maintained twice a week by Linda and Camille. I worked with Aaron for scheduling extra cleaning projects when needed. Corvus is truly professional and will get the job done!

Corvus is a great franchise! A great way to make money, great people to work for and a great confidence builder. Corvus supplies great product great people to get your business clean and ready for the next day. There are plenty of cleaning companies out there but if you want the best then you will go with Corvus. I will give Corvus 10 stars in a five star rating!

Not a Fan.

I would not recommend this service to anyone.

They keep sending me spam emails even though I've never even visited their website. I have no idea about their service, but I don't trust a company that buys personal data and sends you ads.

One year into our contract their employee writes a letter to take our business to her as a solo. Our office had been missed multiple times in which I had to call to get service. I contact the operations manager to change our frequency. He never responded. After waiting over one month for the company to respond, I call the operations manager again. I request to cancel service. He then says I have to give him 30 days to resolve the issue and then 3 months to cancel! That's 4 months of dealing with this company I want to let go.
