I had a great experience with 2 Yard Pros. I found them online when searching for a Louisville-based landscape service. They were extremely responsive and gave me a competitive bid for the project I needed. Even came back out to make a correction when a small area was missed on the initial service. I recommend David and his team and will likely use 2 Yard Pros again.

If I could leave a ZERO STARED REVIEW I WOULD!!

For starters , y’all built a residential pool for a new client. Ya’ll informed this client about how they’re YA’LLs first residential install. Only to over charge them, and do a completely terrible job. The pool is covered in rust with multiple cracks from the stairwell to the middle of the pool. There’s even rebar poking out of the bottom of the pool, which has created a hole. I’m sure you know what follows after that.

These customers had reached out to you guys and you won’t even answer the phone for them . YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED. Rust is a safety hazard!!! If rust is in the bloodstream it can kill, especially those grandchildren who’s meant to enjoy that pool.

May God protect you. Mistreating the innocent is a costly move.

I called this place two times for a quote about getting up leaves in my backyard. Was told to call a certain person I called that person. The person never called me back so I called the next day. He said he was gonna email me a quote never got the quote for the service.
