Unprofessional driving and looking. What does that say about the company?!

I would not recommend this company to anyone. They were involved in a new construction of a medical building close to downtown Louisville. The first problem we ran into was a leak we had on our gas water heater. There was an obvious smell of gas coming from the room our water heater was in. E&E said it was just residual gas we could smell and we needed an exhaust fan that pulled more air out of the room. Eventually after calling them back in several times the found the issue was a gas leak coming from a fitting they installed. The second issue is with our HVAC system. Since the building has been open it has not operated properly. After several months and five or six different employees from E&E worked on the issue we had to have a representative from the HVAC manufacturer to come in and work on the issue. He was in here for three days cleaning up their mistakes and even said how things weren't wired properly. Since then we have had more issues with the system and E&E has been in there twice more to work it and the problems are still not fixed. They have sent at least five different HVAC techs in there an every single one has said "the last guy (insert last guys name here) didn't know what he was doing so I'm going around fixing his mess ups". Literally I heard this from every single one of the techs that came in to try to fix the problems. I have never wrote a review good or bad for any company, but I felt that with this company it was something I should do to try to help the next person. The only reason I gave them one star is because I couldn't give them zero. For anyone who decides to use this company regardless I hope that you experience better service that I have.

During work hours I have received these messages from the Vice President. Note: my girlfriend used my phone to text him (due to the DVO) (he is father of her son) making sure his 1/2 of the rent was paid for their son. Then this 5’4 220 pound Fred Flintstone look alike makes threats to me wanting to meet. Then two weeks later telling me all his problems while justifying and explaining what a good person he is. I would do business with some of the wonderful workers there but run if the Vice President is involved he just might show up as character of a cartoon, or clown.

We used this company when installing new boilers in our building. We've continued to have issues with water pressure, hot water not getting hot enough and cold water not getting cold enough. We've also had the boiler inspector come out and say we needed to add an additional item that this company should have added originally per code. We've had to spend extra money and work with new vendors to resolve the issues caused by this company.
