The plumber who came to my house was awesome. I had two drains clogged and he stuck with it until they were both fixed. He went above and beyond. He cleaned up afterwards, and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely recommend this company to my family and friends.

Very quick, polite and friendly. Taylor and his partner were excellent!

He called to let us know he was 30 min out and would be a little later than projected. When he got here he went right to work after showing me total cost. He replaced a valve under my sink in less 30 mins. I am extremely pleased with the service and professionalism.

I have used this company for years for various services. They never disappoint. .From the reliability of the team members to the pricing they can’t be beat. My most recent encounter involved replacing all the 60+ year old cast iron leaking pipes in my basement to a simple toilet installation they are professional, courteous. Kudos to Jonathan and Nick? For tag teaming this latest repair and I could not be more pleased. Thanks guys.

Rob and Vic called before coming out as well as the office sent an email. They arrived at the time I was told and both were very professional. Performed excellent work replacing our water heater. The service we received from Brainer was outstanding. The person who answered the phone was very professional and helpful. She scheduled a visit for the same afternoon. The service technician was capable and had our best interest in mind as he diagnosed the issue, went and purchased the parts for us and brought them back the same day to be installed. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs water heater assistance.

Taylor and his partner were fantastic. They did a great job communicating with me while at my house, they were thorough, and fixed the issue promptly! They wore booties, covered up items in the room since they were cutting drywall, and did a great job cleaning up! They were kind and professional. They found an electrical issue while they were here and brought it to my attention as well. Would highly recommend Brainer Plumbing!

Water leak was coming from inside plumbing pipes held together with a clip behind the drywall.

The clip holding pipes together broke and cut into the pipe causing a leak. Jamie was quick and timely cutting the water off and fixing the repair.

I am a new customer with Brainer Plumbing and very pleased with the outcome of my service today. I had a large clog in my sewer system that caused a backup of sewage into my laundry room and shower. After cleaning up the mess, I contacted Brainer to see if they had a camera to check my system. They did and were able to show me the clog in progress. They were also able to dislodge it without going into the system to do so. They arrived when they said they would and were very courteous, professional, knowledgeable and quick! Will definitely call them again with future issues!

I received notification that the workman was in his way and a picture of him to reassure identification. He was thorough and explained his work with pictures added.
